By FAR the best customer service from Dula the server (on our first visit, day 1, then Chris and Dula on visit day 2) I have ever received in my life! And I've traveled the world and been to hundreds of restaurants! The food is exceptional, best breakfast -- and that is consistent across other Snooze Eatery's I've been to from Colorado to other parts of California. Highly recommend! (and would request Dula if you are headed to the Santa Barbara location!)

This place is awesome and equally popular. They have so many tasty items with several different eggs Benedict, omelets, and hash brown scrambles. Their OMG Brioche toast is possibly the most amazing French toast you'll ever taste. They also have delicious tacos and a fat burrito. Their pancakes are soft and fluffy and they have lots of specials (currently they have sticky toffee pancakes).

Breakfast was delicious, we got
Habanero pork belly fried rice very tasty , sweet potato smash up , French toast, biscuits and gravy were meaty, and Pineapple Upside-down pancakes. Everything was flavorful, portions are good, but seconds jst because thats how good it was. Loved that you can add your name to wait list prior, but you do have to check in apon arrival or name gets removed. And if does get removed then as soon a you check in, it places you back on the list.

This place is usually bustling so plan to wait a smidge. A lot of variety and also various options for several diets. Spuds Deluxe was yummy. Service was also great!

Having visited many Snooze locations in Arizona, I was blown away by the level of service provided by the servers behind the bar! I wish I could remember my server's name (brown hair, pretty makeup, kinda tall maybe?), but I had a minor issue with my food and she went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Everyone else behind the bar seemed to have great attitudes, too. Five stars for the bartenders and the food.

Only detractor was a hostess up front who rudely told us to wait in a different, completely packed area of the restaurant rather than the empty spot we already were which forced us to wait outside in the cold/rain. Everything else was solid tho

Took my little here for breakfast that has a gluten allergy and they were very conscientious of her needs. The atmosphere was great and the staff was incredible! And even better the food was amazing! We will be coming back for sure!

The customer service was amazing. The pancakes were the driest, toughest I’ve ever experienced. The bacon is quite tasty though.

I came here for brunch on a rainy day. Despite the weather, the wait was 30-45 minutes. We had to wait outside, which wasn’t pleasant. However once we were able to get seated, overall I enjoyed everything. The food was delicious, good portions and everything was tasty. They have many options and I’m excited to come back.
