I never write reviews for businesses but the service I received today was horrible I had to deny myself from one your guys’ amazing frapachinos because of the cashiers attitude 😭

I don’t usually complain about service but Jesus Christ. I get it, it’s busy, you’re stressed out, but giving attitude in response to a question is actually crazy. Definitely avoid this place during the day. Night crew is much more professional.

The stuff has a bad customer service and a bad attitude. I saw a 50% off sign on top of the shelf and grabbed a mug to buy but at the time to pay was at normal price , when l said it was a false advertisement the person at the cashier told me No, it wasn’t, do you want it? In a rude manner, I answered yes, then he laughed . I told him why he took that attitude he should treat the customer better because with no customers no jobs for him This happened on December 27,2024 around 6:00pm ( there were two guys and a girl working there)

This place is Dirty & discussing unfriendly. floors were gross counters were gross couldn't even sit inside or outside it was so dirty! & they had valentine cake pops in glass care my granddaughter wanted one & they can't sell them until tomorrow!!! WoW!

I ordered two ribbon crunch frappes with extra Carmel. When I received my drinks I did not have extra caramel on either of my drinks. I asked the barista where the extra caramel was and they told me this line right here… are you kidding me? Does this photo look anything like extra caramel?? NO I spent 15.00 on this order which is irritating to me regardless of how busy a place is just make the order how it is asked to be done!

Newly renovated to get your coffee with good service.
So apparently, one person out of several can decide to control the thermostat at this location. California is going through a major heat wave and one employee who doesn't like to be cold chose to put himself first before several customers and his fellow employees and make himself comfortable by putting the heater on making it super hot inside.

I AM KPOP IDOL
Today i went to Starbucks thinking it’d be a normal, fast and friendly service BUT that was NOT the case. While in line the cashier named, Kevin, had an upsetting attitude toward my sister and I. He told us we were on the wrong side on the line and then proceeded to yell at us saying “Are you deaf ?!” and mumbled other hurtful words towards us. He had no idea that my sister actually has unilateral hearing loss. This was very offensive. We didn’t say anything towards him to have him act in this manner. Also while ordering he wouldn’t let us speak and made it a problem saying “Or we gonna have a problem do you wanna argue or..” whilst moving his arms in a threatening manner. We ordered our drinks, paid and he walked off into the back of the Starbucks. This was very unprofessional and I’m very upset. I had a talk with the manager so I hope this gets taken care of.
