I never write reviews for businesses but the service I received today was horrible I had to deny myself from one your guysâ amazing frapachinos because of the cashiers attitude đ
I donât usually complain about service but Jesus Christ. I get it, itâs busy, youâre stressed out, but giving attitude in response to a question is actually crazy. Definitely avoid this place during the day. Night crew is much more professional.

The stuff has a bad customer service and a bad attitude. I saw a 50% off sign on top of the shelf and grabbed a mug to buy but at the time to pay was at normal price , when l said it was a false advertisement the person at the cashier told me No, it wasnât, do you want it? In a rude manner, I answered yes, then he laughed . I told him why he took that attitude he should treat the customer better because with no customers no jobs for him This happened on December 27,2024 around 6:00pm ( there were two guys and a girl working there)

This place is Dirty & discussing unfriendly. floors were gross counters were gross couldn't even sit inside or outside it was so dirty! & they had valentine cake pops in glass care my granddaughter wanted one & they can't sell them until tomorrow!!! WoW!
