I don’t usually complain about service but Jesus Christ. I get it, it’s busy, you’re stressed out, but giving attitude in response to a question is actually crazy. Definitely avoid this place during the day. Night crew is much more professional.
So apparently, one person out of several can decide to control the thermostat at this location. California is going through a major heat wave and one employee who doesn't like to be cold chose to put himself first before several customers and his fellow employees and make himself comfortable by putting the heater on making it super hot inside.
Leslie was EXTRAVAGANT!!! She’s super nice & helpful and made my drink very mindful, very cutesy, very demure. Best customer service I’ve received at a Starbucks. No, but in all seriousness, slay queen!!! ??
