So I buy Starbucks almost every single day on my way to work or studying for classes for the last 2 years and. Today I came into this Starbucks and asked for a water she said I would have to buy something to get water not even offering to let me pay for the water itself. I told her I bought Starbucks today at 8:40am this morning it’s now 12:40pm. She said that Starbucks changed their policy 2 months ago but I just got my water filled yesterday at a different Starbucks. Moral of the story definitely Won’t ever come back to this location extremely rude. If this is a Starbucks policy I will start making coffee at home. No reason for me to spend a ridiculous amount of money on coffee here and I can’t even get a water. So rude do better Starbucks.

What a super friendly and fast Starbucks! I placed a mobil order on a busy weekday morning and was warmly greeted as I walked in for my pickup. They must do a lot of mobile orders - there were so many in the works and awaiting pickup! My husband ordered some food at the counter when we walked in and it was also warmed up and ready in no time. The employees were all exceptionally personable, helpful and so efficient.
Great location at the corner of Tustin & Meats in Orange CA, and lots of parking. This will be our go-to Starbucks when visiting our kids nearby.

Great experience and excellent drink. They answered my question about an allergen and made my drink quickly and it was as expected. My only tiny complaint was that there was no "comfortable seating". There were a lot of chairs and tables, but no soft option. Not a dealbreaker, would go again!
Dietary restrictions: I have recently become allergic to coffee! (I know!) And the barista was able to assure me the vanilla bean Frappuccino didn't have any.
Wheelchair accessibility: Several handicapped spots out front and a 1st floor building.
Employee dom was very helpful she was quick kind and considerate.

It doesn’t matter how ahead of time you order, your order will never be ready when you go pickup. Nothing against customer service they are as nice as they can be about it. If the place can’t handle the load of work hire more people

This is my favorite Starbucks because of the excellent service and friendly employees. I love going at 5am in the morning when it's not busy. The baristas are always cheerful!
