Just know that this Starbucks is located in a Target, so if you're in a hurry, it's probably best that you go to the location at either Tustin Street or Swidler.Most of the time you cannot mobile order at this location, so you just have to take your chances on how many people will be ahead of you. And there's usually only a couple people working - one to take the orders and one making the drinks, so expect to wait It's a nice convenience if you need to pick up a few items at Target. You can place your order, go shop, then pick up your drink on the way out. But I wouldn't recommend this spot if you just want to get a drink. Just mobile order at a regular Starbucks location.

Worst Starbucks ever I went over because I saw a line of people and when I pulled up to the comms the didn't say a word and so I waited 30 mins in a line because I thought the were just a little busy so it was understandable.then I pulled up to the window WATCHING everyone getting their orders and then when I pulled up to the window they ignored me looked at me and just kept walking I was waving and trying to get their attention. But nobody said they were closed they just decided not to tell me they were closed. Terrible customer service and all I wanted was a water. Why do you guys not have a system for letting people know you are closed I checked on maps and it had said they were closed at 8 and it was 9:30 so why was I not the only one to get a simple drink!!! Zero stars if I could 07/05/22

I'm not a coffee drinker. But I do periodically enjoy a caramel frappuccino. Which I thought was not a coffee drink but in fact it is. Although I don't taste the coffee content.I go to Starbucks every year. Around Christmas time. To purchase gift cards. I normally buy 30 of them. Put $10 on each for a total of $300 to give away to people I deal with throughout the year. It's a small gesture that goes a long way. If you want to make somebody happy that you just see periodically or work with periodically. Give him a $10 Starbucks gift card. It makes them happy. Because most people visit Starbucks. Or if they don't they can regift the card.

Total rip off here. $2 more here for a caramel macchiato. So I went to pay with points for a hot coffee instead and BAMMMMM. 150 points which is 3 times as much. What is their problem here? Highway robbery and price gouging should not be acceptable and yet complete OK because it's Starbucks. Prove me wrong please. I did not buy anything from here as I hope everyone else should do the same. The you d lady was rude af too. Sorry to inform you lady but without customer s you don't have a job. I'm not that guy to just pay more because you want to make more money. Don't buy here or be forewarned.

Mark is awesome! This past holiday season he was working solo when California covid19 cases spiked. I went in to get my child's grandmother a tea and he said they had some ingredients missing, but kindly explained that I could make it a different way if I still wanted it. I enjoyed the customer service and hope mark is treated well by Starbucks for superb customer service during the holiday season in a pandemic.

I really enjoy grabbing coffee at this starbucks. But I am giving it a 1 star because I usually grab my coffee in the mornings when they should be open but have recently with in the last month have been more close at opening hours then actually open at 7am!!!! Sadly Target wont even answer there phone to verify before wasting my time before work to make sure they are in fact open or close! Please hire responsible workers that are able to open on time!

Er Nurse here getting off night shift in LA and going to the next nursing job on the way home in OC, needed to kill time since my patient wasn't ready yet, decided to get a free coffee (1st timer). Rudeness ensued; asked for Caramel Frap, lady asked me something which I couldn't understand, asked for clarification, she just turns around and started making my drink like I wasn't worth repeating the statement to with a huff and a puff; turned out to be a regular iced coffee. It's free, but I'd rather have just not had that interaction at all. Hard to complain much though here I am; I have caffeine, it will get me through; Thanks for the free coffee; wish I wasn't treated like a pos in the process though.
