My friends and I walked from Lemon St. looking for Starbucks, upon arrival there was a few white unfriendly men sitting outside next to SB’s that made us feel like we were in segregation days because we were a group of Hispanics & Blacks . Walked inside Starbucks the feeling was even worse, the person that took our order was an older caucasian man with zero personality , looked at us as if we were from another planet, very uncomfortable . Once outside , the good old boys sitting outside appeared angry / annoyed because we walked by them, they might as well put up a sign saying whites only in 2025 , when will the hatred stop. That whole circle of Orange is not for people of color .My Hispanic family get treated a bit better than my Black family at that circle It’s truly sick and very sad that this day and time there is still racism/prejudice . We will not never visit the circle of Orange ever again. Circle of Orange do better as a people. I pray for you all that one day my Lord & Savior Jesus Christ will change your hearts to LOVE and treat everyone the same . Sincerely

It’s pretty shocking to me that Starbucks no longer provide water anymore, so if you’re just passing by and wanna ask for water they will refuse unless you make a purchase. I asked for a cup of iced water and the staff gave me a look said I have to make a purchase, it’s 96 degrees outside today, I just don’t feel like drinking coffee or any refreshers today unfortunately. As a loyal customer, I thought Starbucks has a welcoming atmosphere but not anymore

The manager is really amazing for giving me a free sandwich and a gift card after they didn’t have the specific sandwich that I ordered, he really took care of me really well and was super sweet in general.

Ordered iced americano with extra ice but then it came out without it so I asked for the extra then she goes with very irritated face that I should told them when I ordered. They forgot about it then blame the customer. I am a regular starbucks and I will never come back here again ever!!!!!

Worst experience ever at a Starbucks. The man who took our order on 10/2 was a bit unkept and snarky. My wife ordered a "pecan crunch" which when driving away she found to have no pecan flavor or froth...botched. She ordered decaf but got caffeinated, though he assured her otherwise, which later resulted in her feeling nauseated with a head ache.

It is now 610am on a Sunday and there is 11 people waiting to get inside. I wish the business hours posted were accurate. 2 employee's inside setting up and responded with it is going to be a few minutes. Weird...maybe we need to move locations.
Kids run the store that likes to talk back and be rude to their customers. If I were you I would go to a different Starbucks and then drive to the circle absolutely disrespectful teens behind the

I love the architecture of the building and the views of neighboring buildings. The only trash can is not conveniently located depending on the seat you choose in here. At least the popcorn was in stock ?
