My friend and I visited this location and had an unpleasant experience. One staff member was unfriendly, dismissive, and even slammed their hand on the register when my friend, who doesn’t speak English, struggled to communicate. This behavior made us feel very disrespected. I hope the store will ensure staff are trained to treat all customers with kindness, professionalism, and respect.

I’ve ordered coffee from this Starbucks approximately 40 times. I’ve noticed, if you use the app, your drink is usually ready on time but if you walk in and order you will be waiting there approximately 15 to 20 minutes. I’m there at 7:00 am and there are very little customers ordering inside and the drive thru has a few cars. I’m not sure why the wait time is so bad at this specific Starbucks. If you have somewhere to be on time, don’t come to this establishment.

This has to be the slowest SB ever. 7 ee’s working inside and no other customers inside- it took 15 minutes. I thought they were growing the beans for my cup of decaf…not a fan of this location.

I used mobile order to pick up via drive thru, the staff was friendly, however, the coffee was a joke I ordered 3 venti cold coffees and the drink was all ice. It’s like the baristas had an order for 3 venti ice drinks, Literally 2-3 sips and it was more than half gone! Absolutely ridiculous. Baristas must do this on purpose; oh well glad I didn’t tip them Stay Away!

I'm in here a few times a week to meet clients for an hour or so. Usually able to get a table big enough to work on. Workers are friendly and helpful. Not a lot of atmosphere but it's ok for a corporate coffee shop.

After working at the Starbucks for 90 minutes, I asked for a refill and they told me they were unable to refill my drink because I ordered in a to-go cup. This was never explained to me when I ordered and when I asked if they could make an exception because of this and that I visit Starbucks 200 times a year and the manager said no exception. No effort to accommodate, apologize...just a blanket no. I expect better service and will not visit this Starbucks location again.

My family came into this Starbucks during the evening with my handicap father, husband, sister, and 3 kids. 1 of my kids is ADHD and on the spectrum and the other is a 2 yo. There were 2 other customers sitting in the lobby when we arrived, both with headphones.

Apparently Grace is all knowing in this Starbucks because she asked me to take my young children outside in the cold it's the evening time because they were distributing the other guests... meanwhile those guests did not even move from their chairs the entire time we were there (maybe 15-20 min) so how would you even know they were disturbed?

My kids were being normal kids, talking and playing with each other and my family, did not go near other patrons etc.

I guess it's okay to discriminate against families with young children as this Starbucks only allows you to stay in the lobby of your silent. When did Starbucks become a library where ppl went to do work in silence?!

Filed a complaint with customer service... No response but was told would hear from district manager in 48hrs ... have a case number

Called and left a message for manager Alicia (might be spelled wrong) but it's been 4 days with no response. Apparently they do not care to hear about the discrimination of their employees against families, mothers, and children with special needs.

All Starbucks have great coffees of every kind. Some have really great staff and a better atmosphere than others. This store has a great staff and the store has been recently renovated.
