I don’t say this lightly, this is the worst Starbucks (by far) that I have ever been to. Long waits, wrong drinks, and some staff that don’t seem to know what they are doing really kill the Starbucks experience for this particular location. It’s a shame they closed the good one and left this one open.

Worker spent 20 minutes talking to a friend while the orders backed up. I ordered a decaf drink and when I drank some my heart was racing. I even asked her if it was made with decaf, and she assured me it was decaf. After surviving two heart attacks, this was very dangerous for me. I’m very angry at the service and complete disregard for a customers health!

The workers are nice but getting your order takes so long. They should expand to a bigger starbucks so that it all functions better

Terrible service. The workers don’t give a rats ass about your order or your time. I got there 30 minutes before my class started, placed my order, and I ended up having to lie to my teacher that I’m sick because they couldn’t prepare a medium hot drink. They gave me my drink 15 minutes after my class started. You shouldn’t wait 35 minutes for a stupid drink when there’s no line too. Avoid this Starbucks.

IF YOU’RE UNHAPPY WITH THE SERVICE, DON’T COME BACK. NOBODY WILL CARE OR MISS YOU.
Most of the complaints are a hole customers acting entitled for a lid or whatever nobody cares about. The baristas get the work done and they’re allowed to worry about closing on time. Maybe people should read the room and see the baristas have to go home too, people see them close and start a line and then wonder why the service sucks. This place is decent for a college Starbucks. The customers are the rude ones yelling at college students. There’s tens of coffee shops in the area.

Wait ten minutes in line to be the last customer and told it’s closed. Better service in the circle. Wasted time.
They have nice sweets and good drinks. The atmosphere outside in the cafe area is so nice
Decent service. As a fellow student, my biggest gripe is the hours of operation should be extended since this Starbucks is on a college campus, catering to a collegiate community that is busy through late hours.
