The coffee was fine but the employee we dealt with was rude. The hospital gave us 2 gift cards after having a baby and I tried using them before leaving. The worker took both but said the hospital didn't have the authority to give two and only let us use one.

My nephew was a patient at CHOC so I called Starbucks and asked if I can go and order something from there because I had went earlier and the front desk ladies told me I couldn’t but CHOC employees told me I could and also The guy that answer said yes that there was no problem to come and order. So I walked over there again and again the ladies at the front desk of the hospital said that no, That I couldn’t order from there that it was only for them and their patients. You guys really need to agreed on what you guys tell your customers and stop making them wasted time going back and forth.I understand that CHOC is a children hospital and they don’t drink coffee but us as family/parents that are with no sleep/stress do. But I guess just make it clear with all the employees next time.

Line wait too long, not enough staff, coffee was weak tasted like they are not using full measure of ground coffee beans before they brew latte. I think I might just stick to going to the "Coffee Grove" in Villa Park they have Real coffee and man it give you a great morning wake up feeling after you drink it and you can get a fresh bagel too.

Love this place, but this is the second time I ordered a drink with coconut milk and it had dairy milk. Serious health complications can occur with this error.
