I really enjoy getting my hot chocolate and butter croissant here almost every morning. My mom's favorite is the vanilla latte. The people who work here I think are the friendliest out of all the Starbucks in Orange.

Terrible service. My drink was made horribly and when I got the chance to taste the drink @ home it was past closing time to call back for a refund / remake. I call to speak to the manager for my $9 drink Julian made it as if he was upset to be working. When calling your shift lead Dom stated that due to it not being the same day unfortunately there’s nothing we can do about that. I went around closing so how would I be able to call same day Dom? I will be in soon since Dom stated the manager Sam being on vacation but apparently “didn’t know when the manager is coming back.” She was rude and hung up on me when I was asking questions.

The employees are very rude we paid twice for our orders because they said we hadn't paid but we paid twice and one employee shouted no bathroom for you he had seen us with darker skin they are not professional I do not recommend going there they are rasists in special the meneger very rude

The cashier/barista was unpleasant towards us, he screamed: NO MORE RESTROOM NO MORE at my sisters even though they’ve never used the Restroom, and then shooed them out of the store. 0/10 service here
