The employees are very rude we paid twice for our orders because they said we hadn't paid but we paid twice and one employee shouted no bathroom for you he had seen us with darker skin they are not professional I do not recommend going there they are rasists in special the meneger very rude

The cashier/barista was unpleasant towards us, he screamed: NO MORE RESTROOM NO MORE at my sisters even though they’ve never used the Restroom, and then shooed them out of the store. 0/10 service here

The food is typical Starbucks food, the employees weren’t that nice, and the order was wrong as usual for this store.. no foam, but of course there seems like it’s extra this time. Both say it, but I guess she couldn’t read or doesn’t care..

Went about 5 days ago in the evening. The cashier seemed to have a "don't really care attitude". Got a venti cookie crumble creme frappuccino . For whatever amount of the actual drink I had was good unfortunately at this location it was 90% whip cream. All of that on top was just cream.. even after mixing it it just tasted like chocolate flavored whip cream and it was just at the most a 10 minute drive back .? The one on 17th Street does a good job , they put whip cream too and it has never separated the way this one did .

We didn’t eat any food here but we came after we were done eating next door. Cashier was a little rude by the way she responded to us giving back a drink because we asked for no whip cream on one of our drinks. Driving from the street it’s hard to tell where the Starbucks is until we drove on the plaza.

I received poor customer service - it was really embarrassing and could definitely be improved upon in the future. Another customer made a comment asking why the barista was so rude. I later called and asked to speak to the manager - the guy who picked up the phone said the manager wasn’t there. I asked when she would be in and he said, “I’m allowed to disclose that information” crazy!
