Went about 5 days ago in the evening. The cashier seemed to have a "don't really care attitude". Got a venti cookie crumble creme frappuccino . For whatever amount of the actual drink I had was good unfortunately at this location it was 90% whip cream. All of that on top was just cream.. even after mixing it it just tasted like chocolate flavored whip cream and it was just at the most a 10 minute drive back .? The one on 17th Street does a good job , they put whip cream too and it has never separated the way this one did .

We didn’t eat any food here but we came after we were done eating next door. Cashier was a little rude by the way she responded to us giving back a drink because we asked for no whip cream on one of our drinks. Driving from the street it’s hard to tell where the Starbucks is until we drove on the plaza.Parking: Big plaza plenty of parking

Came here and was very surprised with the service given by cashier Wendy.She was genuinely sweet and kind with every customer.It was starting to get busy and Wendy made sure to thank everyone for waiting.This is really nice to see how attentive your team is.They were quick with orders and maintained the tables cleaned.Enjoyed my coffee but the highlight was Wendy.Please thank her.FYI. Though this Starbucks is small there's still area to seat and it wasn't to loud or even music wasn't blasting like other Starbucks.

I received poor customer service - it was really embarrassing and could definitely be improved upon in the future. Another customer made a comment asking why the barista was so rude. I later called and asked to speak to the manager - the guy who picked up the phone said the manager wasn’t there. I asked when she would be in and he said, “I’m allowed to disclose that information” crazy!

Management should clean up its act, actively watching a manager training someone to count money and cook food at the same time without hand washing. Nasty guys.Update he also didn't show him to put a knife with bagels..

Nice vibe and amazing employees. This store is smaller and seating felt a bit crammed but wifi was strong so that was a plus. I ordered a grande iced coffee and service was quick. Decent location with plenty of parking and restaurants around the plaza. Honestly, I'd give it a 3.5/5 but yelp won't do decimals so I'll enter it as 3.

I wanted to update my review for this Starbucks because I have been coming here again for two days now and both experiences were great the employees are really nice I received a welcome when I walked in I appreciate that my drinks have been made correctly the wait time has been short this is a great location .
