First they don’t greet you and they make you wait for ever. Second I ask for a cup of water on the side and they said I have to pay for it bc it’s a new policy.
It’s 85 degrees and I just order a drink and on he side water and they want to charge what of place is this.
Better off going to Dutch bros. Negative startz.

Pretty much no traffic and no place to sit. You can use drive through or order from outside. The drinks on the other hand were good.

It is only a drive-thru location but has a window for in-person ordering. It is a very busy location, and as a result, quite a few customers park their cars and order in person or pick up their order from the designated window. The staff are constantly either on a rotation or new. As a result, the order can get messed.

Anna is rude and needs to be retrained in Customer Service. She also deleted my review on this site. But....She can't delete yelp review.

What’s their deal!
Worst Starbucks ever!
Bryan from the Starbucks in Santa Clara and Tustin in Santa Ana,should teach them how to be a true Barista.
No costumers and waited longer than 10 minutes for one drink and they still give costumers attitude.

Tina came through fixing my drink like a pro, and Savannah's customer service? On point. This Starbucks just became my go-to—nobody does it better.

We came through the drive up this morning. Ordered a bagel with cream cheese, a croissant, a latte and a coffee with creamer on the side.
Our order was given to us with no napkins, no knife for the cream cheese and no stirrer for the creamer on the side.
I got out of the car and walked up to the outside order window, not the drive through. I spoke with the manager in charge, tall thin woman with round glasses and short short hair, she smugly proceeded to tell me that in the State of California, a customer needs to request napkins, a knife and a stirrer. Are you kidding me!!
I have never had to request those items before at a Starbucks in California. In fact, we had been at that Starbucks in the drive through the day before and received those items without requesting.
Instead of just apologizing and giving me the items, she started to argue with me. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and POOR MANAGEMENT!
They are more concerned about asking you to “answer one last question" aka they are asking for a tip!!
The owner and the store manager need a course in good customer service if this is how they tell their managers to treat customers. News Flash!! Without customers, you’d have no business.

Of the things one can be addicted to, I suppose there could be worse things. I have their ice coffee, it is simply terrific. While their Frappuccino and similar drinks are super good, I just personally try not to drink those - don't get me wrong, they're terrific but considering how sweet it is, it's probably like drinking a liquified Milky Way candybar with a dash of tasty coffee! It's so good, BUT.... Ice coffee won't make my blood sugar spike, and it is tasty.

First of all, this is a drive thru Starbucks with a walk-up order window. There were no chairs outside when I visited, but there were tables and umbrellas. I had their limited time Summer-Berry Lemonade Refresher. The drink has raspberry flavored pearls. They looked quite busy but not badly so. It's a small area, so be mindful of the traffic flow here.

I came to this location on a Sunday around noon, and I came up to the window vs. drive thru. I was met by a middle aged barista Vanessa, and after my order I requested to use my partner discount. I’ve worked at Starbucks for nearly two years now. She scolded me to “use partner numbers only if you’re an employee”. I’m not sure where that came from, but that was needlessly rude. She handed me my drink CHOCK full of ice, and my bacon sausage wrap. I asked her politely for two siracha sauces, and without a word to me she hands me one instead. Maybe it’s because I’m eighteen working fast food and she’s over here in her thirties stuck working fast food, I’m not sure. This was an unpleasant experience.

Nothing but praise for Vanessa! Every time I visit she’s so sweet and knows not only my go-to order but my name (which is rare when the world is inundated by people who are glued to their phones—-that, and my name is notoriously hard to pronounce, so the effort does not go unnoticed). With personable communication at an all time low, Vanessa’s can-do attitude and spirited disposition is refreshing. Starbucks visits (especially when she’s there) are a bright spot in my day :)
