Nothing but praise for Vanessa! Every time I visit she’s so sweet and knows not only my go-to order but my name (which is rare when the world is inundated by people who are glued to their phones—-that, and my name is notoriously hard to pronounce, so the effort does not go unnoticed). With personable communication at an all time low, Vanessa’s can-do attitude and spirited disposition is refreshing. Starbucks visits (especially when she’s there) are a bright spot in my day :)

This is my go to Starbucks. I’ve had nothing but great service. Vanessa, the shift lead is exceptional. You can tell she is a seasoned and experienced employee and Starbucks should feel really lucky to have her. The quality of her service is impeccable. It’s always a pleasure to see her and the team hard at work.Working in the service industry is not an easy task, you deal with so many personalities (some not so pleasant) but her attention to detail and her positive attitude always shine through. Looking forward to seeing my favorite Starbucks girlie-Vanessa she always makes my drinks sooo good, and let me tell you, you don’t get that at all the Starbucks! My kids always love the drive thru run as well, she always has something nice to say to them, plus they look forward to the yummy cake pops!

I came to this location on a Sunday around noon, and I came up to the window vs. drive thru. I was met by a middle aged barista Vanessa, and after my order I requested to use my partner discount. I’ve worked at Starbucks for nearly two years now. She scolded me to “use partner numbers only if you’re an employee”. I’m not sure where that came from, but that was needlessly rude. She handed me my drink CHOCK full of ice, and my bacon sausage wrap. I asked her politely for two siracha sauces, and without a word to me she hands me one instead. Maybe it’s because I’m eighteen working fast food and she’s over here in her thirties stuck working fast food, I’m not sure. This was an unpleasant experience.

They prepare very delicious drinks...e. I've been to other starbucks. And they don't prepare it for me. The same. And it's worth mentioning. It took us a little while because my mom was lazy. And they were patient. Despite having people waiting. They even offered us service in Spanish. .but.the problem was that we didn't know the names of the drinks well.but that was nice of them

This Starbucks fucking sucks donkey balls. PERIODT ! Literally left my matcha frappe with 5 extra scoops of matcha just sitting there for a legit 6 minutes and I just had to sit and stare at it til he finally opened the window and asks if I'm Jerry and I just said no matcha frappe and he put down whatever he had in his hand and turned around to grab the right one but I if it's through a drive thru how do ur orders get mixed up and shit ? Fucking weird ass Starbucks employees dead ass.

I get to the order screen, the person taking my order sounds like they barely have a pulse and I am interrupting something. I ordered a basic coffee w cream and bread. Took forever, no one came to pick up window to let me know my order was coming or why it was taking so long. When the order finally came the barista was not friendly. They had at 3 employees working at the time, no reason for the lengthy wait times or sub par service.

Slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been too. Mobile ordered and prep time said 10 minutes. It took well over 30!

They removed all seating! You have to stand to drink your coffee. They will never get any business from me again. I would only go there to sit. I guess it's just drive through only now but the lines are crazy long and I just want to sit down.

I had an awful experience at this Starbucks today. The lines are long which is what it is. I came for my pregnant wife because she wanted the BOGO pumpkin spice drink. I personally don't like Starbucks but I went to order the drinks. They gave me the price which is double what I expected since it was BOGO, so I clarified about the deal and they said yes it's still available. They didn't mention I needed to scan in the app. I went to the window to pay and they mentioned I needed the app, I was waiting 20 min in line if they had told me that when I ordered then I could've downloaded it. At that point I wasn't going to make everyone else wait while I downloaded the app, so I just bought 1. Most Starbucks when they make a mistake would offer the other already made drink anyway but they didn't. I also asked for it with no ice since I was bringing it home for my pregnant wife and the cup was barely half full. Insane how they're ripping people off

I'm not sure what's going on with this site but over the last few months they have been getting my order wrong. Almost every other time. I order a vente they give me a grande. I order food it's overcooked hard and cold when I get it. Event today the rudest thing happened. I was waiting at the window for over 5 minutes. The guy walked by twice saw me but instead of coming and help me he ignored me and went to the mobile line. I am so disappointed. How bad this place has become is one of my favorite places to stop at. Don't get me wrong. I know sometimes there are bad days or someone doesn't show up and I fully understand that, but it's been a consistent mess up in the last 2 months for me personally.

I don't like the fact that they ask you to answer a small question. Are they not getting paid to do this job? The drive-thru line would go so much faster if only they stopped asking the question! What happened to the days you tip someone for good service not because you are put on the spot? What happened to tipping is optional?
