Girl working today 7/13/24 3:30pm was working extremely slow even the people behind me left. Once I got to her she had a bad attitude towards me and so after waiting for a long time just decided to left without buying anything. She definitely needs to improve her Customer Service skills.

Toni has an Attitude very rude and corrected me many times on my “grammar” also pulled my pumpkin bread out of the display case and didn’t warm it after I asked 3 times. Strongly do not recommend

Extremely slow overall. It took 3 to 4 minutes just to accept my order (there was no queue), there were just 2 workers around and both were kinda busy so it's ok. Then another lady came in to help and I was hoping things would kick off, but it didn't happen, they just had more topics to discuss. My coffee was done but it took 20 more seconds to put the lid on just because there was something extremely important to discuss apparently. All in all, it took 10+ minutes to get my small late done with no queue. Coffee was ok tho, not the best and not the worst.

i’m still confused. i don’t know how this was the best mocha frap that i’ve ever had at a starbucks. starbucks is starbucks, right? but it was so rich and mocha-y, bitter and sweet. it had the kind of flavor nuance that i expect from little indie shops. oh, and the service was super, super friendly.
