Ordered a few drinks and desserts at the drive thru , I had to use the restroom so I walked in , on the way out I asked if I can have a pup cup and a tall iced water. I explained I had just purchased something in the drive thru and if I could please get what i previously mentioned above … I was told I had to make a purchase again I stated how I did but I ran into the store to use the restroom but was told “ unfortunately you have to purchase something “ disregarding what I mentioned twice. I’d also like to mention that the “ barista” said this all with a strong hostile demeanor.

google maps say it closes at 9pm. just showed up at 8:30pm and ITS CLOSED!! UPDATE THE HOURS

For such a small space, somehow, the geniuses at Starbucks decided to install two speakers. And since the staff there incorrectly believe that music is for them, and not for the customer's experience, they usually blast the music as though it is a bar or dance club.

Imagine trying to exchange a “this one’s on me card” from the last time they were rude and incompetent, and they end up screwing up even worse and so you just leave. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
I picked up my drink and noticed it felt unusually light. The foam was high, but once it settled, I realized a significant portion of my drink was missing. I often order matcha, and this issue happens every time at this location, even when I specify ‘no foam’ on the label. It’s really frustrating to deal with repeatedly.
Rachel is the most rude employee at that store that I have ever come across. Very limited customer service skills and always an attitude! She is closing the front door and acting extremely rude and short. She definitely needs an attitude adjustment and customer service classes. Very annoying that she behaves like this. If she does not like interacting with people, why is she working in a customer service position? With her attitude she needs a job in some cubicle very far away from the public.

If the store hours state closes at 8:30, they should not lock the doors prior to 8:30 which they did. My daughter and I rushed from dinner to get to this location before closing to find they locked up by 8:15.
If they want to clean up before closing time, then as a courtesy, change the posted closing time.
