This Starbucks location in Orange has become my go-to because the team here is so thoughtful and detail oriented. The store is clean, organized, and convenient, and drinks come out quickly even when it’s busy.​

I especially want to recognize Lauren for taking my food allergies seriously and going above and beyond to keep me safe. She listened carefully, double-checked ingredients, confirmed how my drink would be prepared, and made sure everything was handled carefully. That level of attention made me feel comfortable and truly cared for, and it’s the reason I will keep coming back to this Starbucks in Orange and recommend it to others with dietary restrictions.

Me and my wife love going to Starbucks to have a cup of coffee and breakfast there and to just get out. Also they are very friendly with thier customers when they come in.

Very cozy location to telework from in the evenings. Bathrooms were clean and it was easy to charge my devices. I had no issues with the wifi either. The London Fog I ordered was great too!

Such a nice store! The supervisor was so sweet to my daughter today when we went to ask for stickers for her Halloween costume…a barista! He went above and beyond to help her. Good job Starbucks!

Online ordered a simple drip coffee and it took them 15 min. I tried to be patient knowing there are tons of orders but I feel like if i ordered a latte or other drink that would have come out sooner. I finally had to get someone's attention for my simple order and I saw them make it or pour it but who knows how long I would have waited if I didn't say anything. I demand an explanation and an apology. This was ridiculous. Its not right.

I came to this location Thursday night to get a few drinks and Janice was the best. She had awesome customer service and she had the best positive attitude that was contagious. It’s so shocking to get good customer service anywhere now and have people who actually want to work and are happy to be there. I never write reviews but she really impressed me will be coming back for sure

Very disappointed in Ana. Haven't seen her in around 10 years when I lived in the area before. I remember her first day there and she was very nice. I remember when she left to have her first baby, but this morning I walked in and recognized her and asked if she used to work here around 10 years ago. She gave me a blank look and said sure and walked away. I was kind of shocked because she was never like that.
Sad that she's not the same kind, friendly and welcoming employee as before. I used to look forward to seeing her every morning with a smile to start the day, but now not so much. People look to Starbucks for a happy place to start their day and being dismissed was very off putting.

Very old, dated, and hard-surface furniture; at times, music is played at a very loud volume, making it difficult to hear conversation; the order is not usually made right; still home to one or two homeless persons during certain hours; and parking can be very challenging. Unless and until Starbucks stops giving free water, use of bathrooms, and rearrange the drive-thru, it will be as it is always been.
