I asked about the buy ob3 get one offer to the girl at the counter and she told me it was through the app only. So im like... okay .. sit down in store to get the app and make an account... i look up the deal in the app... ot directed me to the store... i put in the order and apply the code... only to be told that its not usable in the store at all. Could have just told that to me right away. So i went to In-n-out and had a decent meal instead of subway and their plastic cheese substitute.

I placed an order online, and for the 3rd time in a row, the food was filled with very little, especially for it only being a veggie sandwich.
I ordered heavy on many items and received a sandwich with less than you'd expect by default.
If you choose this store, i recommend only going in to order where you can watch it be made.

Very bad service:The man working there feels like he hates his job, he gives attitude when asking for customizations. Gives very little of meat and vegetables. Gave italian flat bread instead of italian artisan bread and didn’t want to swap it even if no ingredients were added at the moment. Won’t be coming back. Very bad customer service.

Always fresh! I drive the additional distance to this subway. Yesterday the counter looked great! All the cut veggies were nicely placed and the containers area was clean and neat. The person serving us was in good humor. Our sandwich assembler was very efficient and kind and attentive to the others waiting for service. We took our sandwiches home. They were perfect. (Of course since we said to our sandwich assembler exactly how to put our food together for our tastes.)Fresh AND delicious! I like the cookies too but didn’t get one just then. Driving the extra mile to get to this subway store is worth the drive. Plus! parking is aplenty with easy in and out of the shopping center.Thank you!

Kid-friendliness: Yes, it also has chairs where children can wait.
Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance is very wide so it is easy for a wheelchair to access.

Juan did not even ask if i wanted my sandwich toasted or not. He just threw my sandwich into the oven without asking if I want it toasted or not. Managers need to review his actions and terminate him. Very unprofessional.
