The business hours on the door shows 7:00 pm but door was locked at 6:30 pm

Came in at 6:45 and they said only cold sandwiches because they wanted to clean the ovens early? Sorry but this is the soonest I can make it after work and I would understand maybe 5 minutes before closing but 15 minutes?! We all want to go home I understand but that’s part of the job especially the closing shift and it’s not fair to the customers

Vegetarian options: I tried to do the app for the $6.99 footlong but the app only wanted to do meals not just the sub n the girl would not honor the deal . It's not my fault the app sucks

Zero stars. I can’t believe what I just experienced. Y’all really should be ashamed of yourselves. I ordered through DoorDash because my husband is at work and we have 1 vehicle at the moment. He works 12 hour days and on top of it we’re going through A LOT to put it lightly. Anyways, everyone knows ordering through DoorDash especially is NOT cheap. I received the sandwich and when I grabbed it I already could tell it was very bare by how light it was. I open it and instantly notice how ingredients are missing and I was correct, it was very bare. This sandwich was supposed to have DOUBLE cheese (which costs extra) and there was no cheese and no onions. The chicken was also dry. I called to try and correct this and the person answered made it and they told me that “they put cheese on it” I told them I would take pictures and when I’m able to come up there will show them. They lied and they knew it. They said they believed me and had the gall to say “what do you want me to do about it” with a blatant attitude and every time I would try and talk they kept cutting me off. They kept asking when can I come in to get it fixed and I kept emphasizing to them that I wasn’t sure because my husband works a lot and we have 1 vehicle. They kept pressing for me to come tomorrow and I was asking what their hours are to try and figure out a time to go back and get this appropriated. They kept getting more and more unprofessional and rude and I had it and asked them why they have such an attitude? I also told them I know that they are lying because there is clearly NO cheese and they got all flustered over calling that out I guess and would not give me their name. I asked again for their name and they hung up in my face. The disrespect is apalling and now seeing their reviews I’m shocked they are still up and running. That was handled so horribly and could have been handled so easily, but they became so unhinged so easily when confronted…I don’t know how people like this can do anything in life when something so easy as to making a sandwich correctly, mess it up, lie about it, get annoyed, then can’t even have any respect to make it right for the consumer was too much for them to handle apparently. Was too much of a coward to even give their name and hung up. I’m livid and so is my husband. We WILL get our money back and let corporate know about this store. YEA, DON’T GO HERE PEOPLE. SPARE YOURSELVES.

First time getting a good experience from this store and a great sandwich with perfect fillings as asked! I think they got a new employee! She was very polite and friendly with a beautiful smile! Carefully listened to what I wanted and made accordingly! Was very neat as well! I hope she will be working here everyday… this is the closest subway to my place! And I wish I will be able to come here every time!

I don’t like writing bad reviews but I had a shocking experience here. I waited for someone to take my order and behind the counter two ladies were gossiping with their backs facing me. I waited about three minutes but the workers were oblivious even though they saw me walk in. The younger looking worker was showing photos to her coworker from Snapchat, one image being a nude. I was flabbergasted seeing the photo, lost my appetite and decided to leave.

Came in at 920 am, possibly a little early. Was given only white or wheat option for bread and quoted "we just opened that's all we got". (Opened at 830). Meat was not sliced for me, (sign on the window said "freshly sliced"). Food was ok the two people working were fine. . Allegedly they're trying to be more fresh,(than before) but it's clear this is a franchised restaurant that doesn't care at all . Skip this location

I Ordered through door dash..an Italian BMT for my elderly grandfather who is on hospice, who got his foot amputated hence the reason I ordered DoorDash (I live 40 miles away)…. upon receiving the order, he noticed it was just two meatballs with olives and tomatoes. I called back in the morning and they told me I need to bring the sandwich back. He has halfOf it but How do I bring the sandwich back if DoorDash delivered it? He cannot drive. I have no way of getting there today.

A couple of times I came to this Subway it was in the morning. The lady that works their has an attitude and not friendly. Today decides to close shop at 8am to go to Vons when the store opens at 8am. So I couldn't order a sandwich. Hopefully the owner is aware of what she is doing.

Service is decent and the employees are not to blame, whoever is in charge doesn't do a good job of keeping stock of specific ingredients. This is the second time they didn't have what i requested but at least the parking is great.
