I ordered a 6inch sub with chips I believe February 23 before work like I normally do my app was saying your order is being build when I got there the gentlemen said he never received it and was not going to be able to make it for me even tho I showed him my app and it was the right location I was charged and never got my food I left my name and number and never got at call from the owner it’s been 15 days and still have not got a refund this use to be my favorite subway location to go to

This place shouldn't have a 4.1 stars, I was deceived by coming to this place because of their high rating. The older asian gentleman was so rude and disrespectful he raised his voice at me in front of my children! Just because his napkin dispenser was stuck, so I grabbed maybe 5 napkins and he got so bothered by it that he told me "one by one", I said to him yeah okay, it's stuck and he corrected me over and over again. To have a successful restaurant, the customer is always right. This place sucks avoid it, if you can.

I wish I can give this place no stars the worst place ever they don't care about making your sandwich at all the promotion on the display are not honor or any coupons please save your self from a headache people are very rude and unprofessional they charge you for everything on the sandwich separate even when the sandwich comes with it is just ridiculous. This place should be shut down or run by a new management I rather go to the donut shop next to it please be advised don't waste your time coming to this place.

He made my happy trip to go pick up my favorite subway cookies, a very unpleasant ordeal, and I left empty-handed simply based off of his bad attitude and disrespectful manner.
