I wish I can give this place no stars the worst place ever they don't care about making your sandwich at all the promotion on the display are not honor or any coupons please save your self from a headache people are very rude and unprofessional they charge you for everything on the sandwich separate even when the sandwich comes with it is just ridiculous. This place should be shut down or run by a new management I rather go to the donut shop next to it please be advised don't waste your time coming to this place.

I don’t know how this place is up to 4 stars. The person that was working on Saturday, July 1st 2023 in the afternoon (I felt) had little to no compassion and understanding. I will not be returning and we not recommend this Subway to anyone.

If I could leave a lower review I would. This was the worst subway I have ever been to because of the customer service. I was attended by a lady who made my sandwich and then a girl with a big bow headband on her forehead who charged me. We paid in cash and said she wasn't going to accept it because it was ripped. Then I asked if we were to tape it would she take it then. She then responded with an attitude saying "no it's fake". I said, "What do you mean it's fake you just said because it was ripped and we just pulled it out of the atm". She then continued with her attitude saying she wasn't going to accept it because it was fake, it's paper. I know what paper feels like and I know what money feels like, it wasn't fake. The place next door ended up changing it for us and said they didn't have a problem with it. I emailed the company and never received a response back. I would suggest going to a different subway because they clearly don't care about anything at this location. Worst service ever

Older Asian man working here this Afternoon is extremely rude. He made my happy trip to go pick up my favorite subway cookies, a very unpleasant ordeal, and I left empty-handed simply based off of his bad attitude and disrespectful manner. Never had an unpleasant experience at Subway before despite even that I go almost daily. First time for everything I guess.

Absolutely ridiculous how I was treated by Juan I hope he doesn’t treat everyone the way I was treated today definitely needs to work on his customer service as we the customers our bringing our hard-working money for him to get his paycheck and keep this place

Worst place ever I had a coupon and wouldn't honor it the girl said the coupon was already used I told her I just got it in the mail she kept saying it was not valid then she opened my sandwich and cut it in two pieces with her bare hands I said your a crook and left such liars two people touched my order she lied about the coupon they are scammers for sure

Went here to eat a little healthier and saw every employee with a mask on. This is March 2023, both federal and state government has said pandemic is over. I awkwardly had to ask if employees had a choice and finally got a no. Their franchisee requires it. I personally do not wish to patronize a business that requires such an outdated practice on their staff.

This subway is a great location! Small, clean, great employees and customer service! The service is quick and friendly. The reason I gave them two stars was they no longer provide any type of free water cups for you to consume at the restaurant or to go. I'm avoiding sodas and sugary drinks. I didn't feel like buying a bottle of water! I will not come here anymore and will visit a different location. This location is about 1-mile from my home. I'd rather drive further.
