Ordered two sandwiches which came out to over $30 so I checked the receipt and the server tipped herself $4.60 on my boyfriend's card without his knowledge. He went back inside to confront her and she gave him back the $4.60 in cash and refused to give the receipt back. She was a short Latina woman with a bun held back with a circular pink hair clip. This all happened October 20th 2025 around 9:45pm. Check cameras and fire this thief. Who knows how many people are paying extra without knowing.

I ordered a foot long and 6inch sandwich. The lady at the counter pour 2 small scoops of chicken for my foot long but missed some pieces on the scoop and did not fully gave the 2 very small scoop. Same with my 6 inch sandwich. I made a comment saying that it was very little for a big sandwich and all she said was well I’m not the owner and these are the rules. I’ve been to many other subways before and it wasn’t this bad. I was basically sold pure bread with some protein. Anyways, paid for my sandwich but NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN! No wonder this place is always so lonely.

I’ve been going to Subway for years—at least 3 times a week. That’s how much I love it. At every location I’ve ever visited, I’ve never once been charged for extra olives. But today, at this location, I was shamed for even asking.
The employee behind the counter told me, “I’m giving you the regular amount,” and when I said I didn’t mind paying (even though I’ve never been charged anywhere else across California), she reluctantly added more. At checkout, she said, “This time I won’t charge you, but next time I will.”
Here’s the thing: I don’t mind paying for extras—but if you’re going to charge customers, there needs to be a clear sign stating that policy. Otherwise, it feels unfair and misleading.
I’ve never had this experience at any other Subway, and because of it, I won’t be coming back to this location.

We ordered a foot long cookie and churro, the churro was so hard you could even bite it, the girl who was working was very rude and couldn’t be bothered.
We go to this subway a lot it not any longer, prices are so high we’re not going to continue to go to a place and spend our money when the service is bad and the food is prepared half assd.

Went here to have lunch placed order asked for a cup of water. They said they don't give cups for water. Had to buy a drink cup to get water. Also ice machine was not working. Restroom was out of order but employees were using it. Don't come here take your money to the next closest Sunway.

On 07/12/24 on my way to work, I stopped by this location to pick up something for lunch at work. Ordered the new footlong sidekicks chicken and pepperoni. Requested honey mustard/bbq dippings. Apparently this was the first order of such products for this location. They were poorly made with hard ends and when I got to work. There were no dippings in the bag.

Parking: Only single spots, so if you have a trailer it's not practical to park there. Go across the street to AutoZone and pull in sideways or the two spots by the grass are long enough to back in & not interfere with traffic inside that center, or across is the burger place that closes early so you don't have to worry about anyone there

DO NOT COME HERE. The restaurant was full of roaches and flies, I also saw a rat run from under the tables. They forced me to pay for a sandwich I didn't order just because they messed up. I Got charged for two sandwiches. Both sandwiches were disgusting, I was sick and had to call out of work for two weeks. I got really bad food poisoning. I have contacted the health department and they will be coming soon. Also the employees were extremely rude and disrespectful. I do not remember their names but I will be reporting them to corporate. They called me racial slurs and were using inappropriate language towards my girlfriend. Do not come here if you want to have a good month.

I just had the worst experience ever at the subway. The vegetables were rotten and so I nicely asked the lady to take the rotten vegetables off and put fresh ones on. She got extremely unpleasant and rude.She refused to make my sandwich the way I asked her to and then when I ask for the manager’s info, she told me I had to look online .There was other customers in the store, who heard what was going on, and they chimed in that the lady had been extremely rude to them as well! I just want the manager to know this or the owner of the business profile, and I would like to contact you about these employeesI asked repeatedly for the managers information and she would not give it to meI had to leave without my sandwich
