Sunday they close at 11pm I show up at 10:30pm and the door was locked female staff already mopping saying it was closed September 24 2023

I thought I'd give this location a 2nd chance after a bad 1st impression. After today, I will never go back. My husband can eat anything g but he couldn't even finish his sandwich. The wheat and Parmesan bread were so stale, it took forever to chew through it. It wasn't a fresh sandwich overall. Both times I've been there, let's just say they are not sandwich artists. They throw everything on in the middle of the sandwich and just don't care. I'm not picky but this location is an obvious downgrade from the Subway we love. So much so we have to say something. We are worried now about food poinsoning it tasted that bad.

Would NOT serve me an egg sandwich because it was after 11am?? Rude people behind the counter and very unclean. If you want even a half-way decent sandwich, do NOT visit this Subway location. Absolutely terrible service. Walked out, went to Subway on Glassell and got my egg sandwich at 12:15pm, go figure. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I just had the worst experience ever at the subway. The vegetables were rotten and so I nicely asked the lady to take the rotten vegetables off and put fresh ones on. She got extremely unpleasant and rude.She refused to make my sandwich the way I asked her to and then when I ask for the manager’s info, she told me I had to look online .There was other customers in the store, who heard what was going on, and they chimed in that the lady had been extremely rude to them as well! I just want the manager to know this or the owner of the business profile, and I would like to contact you about these employeesI asked repeatedly for the managers information and she would not give it to meI had to leave without my sandwich

DO NOT COME HERE. The restaurant was full of roaches and flies, I also saw a rat run from under the tables. They forced me to pay for a sandwich I didn't order just because they messed up. I Got charged for two sandwiches. Both sandwiches were disgusting, I was sick and had to call out of work for two weeks. I got really bad food poisoning. I have contacted the health department and they will be coming soon. Also the employees were extremely rude and disrespectful. I do not remember their names but I will be reporting them to corporate. They called me racial slurs and were using inappropriate language towards my girlfriend. Do not come here if you want to have a good month.

Really bummed because this one is within walking distance from my office. 3 things - they put very little meat on their sandwiches, they season their cucumbers which doesn't taste great and THEY DONT DO FREE COOKIE TUESDAY! That should be outlawed!!!

Had a problem with my order and tried tried to call their number listed on the subway website. No answer. Tried again later and still no answer. You can't even leave a message. So I guess they just don't do the phone thing which is extremely inconvenient

The quality is always good, and the help is friendly. However as a smaller location they seem occasionally understaffed and don't always have what I want. This feels temporary and I am happy to keep visiting

ok again. this might be a duplicate. subway brass and marketing monkeys, you dont put up a self glorifying wrap over one of your screens where you cant possibly see the condiments for half the restaurant. thats what i got tonight here. nothing wrong with the server, who asked me if might step behind to see what they had. that bad? yeah. that bad. hopefully you marketing people will wake up. owner, make it known, cant see, cant order, kills business. its like that.
