I feel kind of bad/ sad writing this review but if it can help them to be cleaner for the customers it would be a good thing. I saw the employee an older man from my car, his finger was wiping his nose.I was gross out. The man was doing something before assisting me with one glove on. The man had that/ one glove on his hand and he wiped it on his pant ( I don't think it was an apron, it looks like his pant as far as I can tell). Then he just puts on another glove, didn't wash his hands in the sink behind him. I should have asked him to wash his hand and put on new gloves before making my sandwich. And it looks like there was something on the spinach that he pulled out/off & and threw away. I asked if it was hair & he didn't answer/just kind of smiled.I don't why I've been running into bad experiences or services. Sorry, but I hope this review helps for him/ them to be cleaner.

They skimp on the sandwiches. You have repeat for them to add normal amounts of veggies. Has happened repeatedly.

This place has greatly improved since Ivan started working this location. Seriously so much better. I avoided this location in the past but Ivan seriously makes all the difference. He greets everyone with a smile. He's kind. He really does his best to prepare everyone's food exactly as they want it. He has the patience of a saint. I went into the store to ask about the best way to order a platter (I have never ordered a platter before from subway). Ivan was so kind and helped me figure out the best option for 20 people, including 3 teenage athletic guys. My family can really eat. Ivan was patient with my questions and really made the ordering experience so very pleasant. Pickup day (2 days later): Ivan had everything ready. Packed the boxes to perfection. It was a breeze! I hope Subway notices this and uses Ivan as a trainer and an excellent example to all employees, especially the location on Newport and Irvine Blvd. Also, not Subways fault: the parking is ok but can be tricky. The parking lot it small and so are the individual parking spots. There's also a Starbucks just steps away too!

Mobile ordered for 5 sandwiches. App tells me to be there at 12:50pm get there about 12:55. Manager seems completely confused, worker is consider like not sure of our order is even complete and they tell me it will be 20 more minutes for our order to be complete. Pretty disappointed.

I ordered online , everything was correct with my order. There were three sandwiches in my order but all three breads were hard not at all fresh . Could be bread from yesterday , I don't know but that was my only complaint . It was tough to bite through .

Well, I've gotta start out that this location lived up to their 1-1/2 star rating that they currently have.I placed a mobile order via the Subway app (had a dollar off coupon on a footlong that kept popping up in my emails) and customized my sandwich. I also included a couple of notes - cut sandwich in 4 pieces, and banana peppers on the side. And I went against my better judgement and left a tip - which typically I like to leave a tip when I've personally had interaction with the person, and receive good service. But I went ahead and added a 15% tip even though I didn't have any interactions since order was placed through app.We picked up our sandwich, and it turns out, the footlong wasn't cut ... at all - not even in half (even though I requested it in quarters) and the banana peppers were not on the side, they were in the sandwich. UGH!! My husband went back into the shop to ask to have the sandwich cut, and was told that by the employee that that's how he cuts the sandwich - even though it was not cut at all. So my husband asked for a plastic knife, so we could cut it ourselves, and was given a fork. UGH!! *We made it work thoughWe don't come to Subway very often, and this visit was a good reminder why we go elsewhere. Your BEST bet would be to drive down the street about a mile down and go to Mattern Sausage for a great sandwich!

The staff here is effective. They usually prepare my order promptly, and they never miss. I do not have any complaints about the food. I do not see any need to describe the inside of the subway as it resembles the inside of every other subway, etc.The one concern I have with this subway is that the posted prices on the sign do not match what customers are charged. Prices are a key element in any business. I thought this practice was negligent or unprofessional of the franchise, etc. Not very punk rock. For example, there was a thirty cent diff. between the price I paid for an egg sandwich, and the price on their sign, etc. See photos.

I wanted to give a shout out to Myra! She is probably the best worker in the service industry I have ever encountered! I ordered online today and went in to pick it up. The sub was made in a timely fashion and the quality is great. Upon entering the store Myra gave me a very welcoming greeting and genuinely took time to make good conversation showing how much not only she cares about her job but just another person. She truly put a smile on my face and turned my day around! I will definitely be returning to check in on Myra!

I want to love subway, but there were two different tasting meatballs in my meal and I just feel weird about it. Still looking for a good subway, but haven't found one yet.

This is the worst Jersey Mike's in the city of Orange and quite possibly in Orange County. I ordered two (2) Italian subs (#13) and the bread on both was hard and they didn't even add oil and vinegar. Dry as the desert! This isn't the first time this particular store has sucked. They ran out of bacon a few months ago and people walked out! I like Jersey Mike's but this store sucks. I won't return to this store and you should not go there too! Terrible, terrible, terrible.
