I AM LEGALLY BLIND AND COULD NOT SEE NOR WOULD SHE SAY WHERE THE POPUP WAS. WE ORDERED A MEXICAN PIZZA WITH NO MEAT, AND EXTRA BEANS AS TO REPLACE THE MISSING MEAT. MOST TB AMOUNT OF BEANS GIVEN ARE VERY LITTLE BEANS ON THE VEGETARIAN OPTION IF WE DO NOT ASK FOR EXTRA. WE ARRIVE HOME AND THE PIZZA HAS LITTLE TO NO SAUCE ONLY IN THE MIDDLE OF THE PIZZA AND LITTLE TO NO BEANS OR CHEESE. NEEDLESS TO SAY THIS IS THE FIRST AND LAST TIME WE GO TO THIS LOCATION.

Went into Taco Bell today to place an order and was told I have to use the kiosk. Six employees standing in the back that looked confused making $20 an hour and no one can take your order. One employee told me he would help me at the kiosk, but he just stood there breathing down my neck. If you can stand they're breathing down my neck, why can't you take my order. Ended up at del Taco with much better service.

This taco bell location is strange and I'll explain why upon entering you are well greeted but when walking to the counter to order employees discourage you and tell you to order at kiosk which isn't bad but I do prefer human interaction, Secondly they charge for everything I orders a few things but for example I also got there guacamole which is absolutely disgusting since there js no flavor at all I was given like 15 mini chips with a quarter side of guacamole I kindly as them for extra since I'm a paying customer for a $4 order they want to charge me another $2 and some change for a Pathetic side I'm absolutely stuned they would do such a thing I don't recommend this location since there customer service is absolutely horrific save yourself the headache and go to Carl's jr next door
Came at 7:30pm Saturday night & the dine-in was locked. No sign or anything stating why.

I placed an order online, I let them know through the drive through line so I didn't have to go inside. Let them know I placed an order 10 to 15 minutes ago and the lady was giving so much attitude, questioning me about my order after I gave her my name and I let her know that I had the correct address. she told me to pull up to the window and rudely told me that I needed to come inside next time. i’ve gone through drive-through multiple times with ordering online and I’ve had no issues.
