There was poop on the floor and inside the urinal, someone brought this to their attention and one woman said, “ok I will check thank you” but even tho they’re not busy no one came to check or clean the restroom. I could hear them talking and laughing in the back but no restroom check while I was there, and it’s very disgusting to go in there.

Clean, well maintained, great personnel to help a guy who's a little older & is now is a kiosk using boss, thanks to attentive employees.

Staff is always friendly; they maintain great attitudes even when it's hectic (during lunch rush)! Only issue is the new item - loaded steak fries ($6) only comes with about 8 fries. Good though!

i normally have an alright experience at this location, but tonight i placed an order through the app. i received an order confirmation and the charge went through. when picking up the order the employee said that there was no order under my name and even when we showed her the confirmation, she did not offer any help or understanding. we left empty handed. i had my order refunded through the app, but as a former fast food employee this definitely was not handled well.

CLOSEST TO CHOC ER WE DROVE THROUGH AND THE CASHIER BEYOND RUDE WHEN ASKING IF ORDER WAS CORRECT ON SCREEN AND WHEN WE TOLD HER WE COULDNT SEE IT SHE SAID OK, DRIVE UPTO WINDOW. I AM LEGALLY BLIND AND COULD NOT SEE NOR WOULD SHE SAY WHERE THE POPUP WAS. WE ORDERED A MEXICAN PIZZA WITH NO MEAT, AND EXTRA BEANS AS TO REPLACE THE MISSING MEAT. MOST TB AMOUNT OF BEANS GIVEN ARE VERY LITTLE BEANS ON THE VEGETARIAN OPTION IF WE DO NOT ASK FOR EXTRA. WE ARRIVE HOME AND THE PIZZA HAS LITTLE TO NO SAUCE ONLY IN THE MIDDLE OF THE PIZZA AND LITTLE TO NO BEANS OR CHEESE. NEEDLESS TO SAY THIS IS THE FIRST AND LAST TIME WE GO TO THIS LOCATION.
Vegetarian options: VEGETARIAN OPTIONS OF MEAT ITEMS SHOULD CONTAIN MORE BEANS/POTATOES ETC. TO REPLACE THE MEAT WE DO NOT EAT

Went into Taco Bell today to place an order and was told I have to use the kiosk. Six employees standing in the back that looked confused making $20 an hour and no one can take your order. One employee told me he would help me at the kiosk, but he just stood there breathing down my neck. If you can stand they're breathing down my neck, why can't you take my order. Ended up at del Taco with much better service.
Had the tostada from their throw back menu. Just as good as I remembered it!
