Went through the drive threw 03-27-2025 @6:40 and the cashier and what seemed to be her bff were extremly rude and condescending, when pulling up to the window they both scoffed and began snickering at us for what seemed to be an inside joke between them? Food is really good but unfortunately we will be visiting other locations.

This has to be the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been too.service was rude and lazy. Multiple mistakes, attitude etc. food order was wrong from the kiosk so not sure how you screw that up. Obviously Taco Bell doesn’t have quality control on their restaurants. food lacking everything. Very minimal beef, cheese etc.

BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION!
I came here at 7:49 PM. At the driverhru. I ordered the luxe box with a pepsi.
They gave me old food that was dripping water and it STANK so bad I was about to vomit. The water from the food dripped on my clothes and seat, including my phone screen I am having a hard time holding my vomit in. I brought the food back while recording they had the nerve to be upset because they were caught on their shady practices. I am calling the health department and my lawyer.
The cashier james b has a horrendous attitude. And the staff didn't care about the situation.
Note: I always order the luxe box every time i come to this location and THE FOOD DOES NOT LEAK WATER AND IT DOESN'T SMELL OLD!!!!
I was there 7/10/2024 around 2pm. The girl working the drive thru and the front counter, wearing the head set, was freaking awesome!! Best customer service I have ever had at a fast food place. I placed my order at the kiosk. I turn to my girlfriend to tell her, "Let's get our cups for the drinks." Before I could even finish turning, I saw the girl behind the counter pull to cups out and hands them to us as we are still at the kiosk 20 feet away. freaking amazing! Then the staff in the back was on point as well. Our food was ready before we could sit down with our drinks. The girl working the counter brought our food to us at the table. Wow! Great job taco bell hiring this crew! Oh, btw the food was good too. Great job by the crew!!!!
the ladies on the last shift last night would not shut up and were constantly laughing instead of doing their jobs. this location is awful, the only decent people are the cashiers. my food is ALWAYS sitting and when i receive it is cold as hell and a complete waste of money. do not waste your time at this location drive to the other one on tustin. way better

This cantina Crunchy chicken Taco the shell is like a store bought hard Taco shell in the box. If u want a real cantina Taco Crunchy go to El Pollo Loco. This Taco lasted all of 2 mins before it ran right through me in an explosion. Was it the cheese gone bad or the chicken I don't know but my body never keeps bad food it goes straight through.
