We used to come here often and it had been a while since we had been. Today we decided to give it another try. They redid the menu and the prices are ridiculous. Then when we went to go pay the bill it took forever to even get the check then when we got it we were charged $8 for a small Modelo beer prices are insane and out of reach.

Parking: The parking lot can be a little tight, but there are 2 exit/ entrances. One off walnut and one off Tustin. Usually, I enter the parking lot from Walnut, going eastbound, and exit onto Tustin going southbound. From there, you can turn left on Chapman to get on the 55 freeway.

Horrible experience with the owner, they charged me $100 more over my order, The food it’s too bad, the owner has a bad attitude and they don’t fix the man restroom since 2020. That’s on bad status.

Many days and nights eating Pollo Gratinado here. One of my all-time favorite dishes. So good that I ordered the sauce by itself to keep at home. My years at Chapman Grad school are inextricably linked to the flavors of Tacos Jalisco.

I ordered the menudo and it was not good. I don’t know how people saying it’s good. That was not a good menudo. It don’t have flavor and small amount of meat. Expensive for a menudo.

Pozole was good, a solid 7/10 rating from my boyfriend. The grande pozole was big, enough for 2 meals. Pozole comes with onion, cilantro, peppers, oregano, cabbage, and radish on the side. I got a pastor torta. Torta was okay… the pastor kind of didn’t taste like pastor, it tasted more like chorizo. The taste was kind of off to me because of the vinegar jalapeños in the torta. The waitress was kind to us.
