Great tea and boba place! We had the perfect drinks- Vietnamese coffee, brow sugar tea and a black cold coffee. We shall visit again!

My daughter and I like to buy boba drinks at this place, but recently staff have been very rude, first of all I buy at this place like twice a week so today I place my order through DoorDash and went to pick up my order and the guy made show him my order in my phone. When I gave him my name he said I won’t give you anything because I need to see your phone first. Come on this person knows me because I’m a client. I told him how come you guys put new rules every time this is not the first time I come here or order through DoorDash and no one has asked me to show my phone I only give my name or my order. he said that doesn’t matter. I asked him can I please talk to your manager or owner of the place he said I’m not giving you any information and said leave your review at yelp if that’s what you need, so I said Ok I will, he started yelling I’m calling my lawyers on you if you write or lie on the yelp page.

Not only did worker mess up my order (an easy one- large oolong milk tea, light ice/half sweet), worker argued with me, and when he begrudgingly remade my order, he filled it with half foam so I was left with very little to drink. Unfortunately, my first and last time here. There are too many boba places to choose from without poor service. Tea was actually pretty good, just poor poor customer service.

The lady at the front desk wasn't mean but she kinda felt unwelcoming but it wasn't thar big of a deal we ordered a matcha twister with boba and two other drinks but the twister had custard and we asked Mia I'd she could maybe redo it without custard and she was SO NICE TYSM MIA

This boba shop is one of the best in all of Orange! Prices are fairly priced and it's a calm ambience. My rating for it being a 3 is because they advertise to close at 10pm and when I came in at 9:50 they refused any service whatsoever. I understand it was near closing time, but at this rate you might as well just advertise your closing at 9:40pm instead of 10pm to save my time. Another reason for the 3 stars is because if your here to sit down or study, the workers will turn up the air conditioning to make it colder to have you leave faster, so please if you plan to study or hangout at this place just go home or somewhere, where you can sit without the air conditioning being on full blast in your face.

Pretty mid tasting boba, even for America. They also charged us an extra dollar for “no ice” and proceeded to give us ice anyway.

I got the taro boba, and it was just sugar and color. I had two sips of it and felt bloated. I got the artificial flavor taste in my mouth, horrible experience.

The girl didn't seem very enthusiastic - took my order, made my drink but didn't do anything extra (not even a smile).I initially came in to have some food, but when asked, was told they didn't sell any, so I was disappointed.I ordered a classic milk tea with boba and it tastes as it should, with the boba super soft and chewy.
