The food was bland. Had to keep adding salt and pepper. Ordered a raspberry tea and the waiter came back with strawberry tea in which I'm allergic. He switched it out to raspberry and the drink was very cloudy and tasted horrible as if mixed with both raspberry and strawberry. The regular unsweetened ice tea was no better and didn't have lemon or sweetener offered. Although the manager came to the table, we were never asked if we wanted refills and questioning the manager about my points he totally ignored what was being said by looking at something else. Then, when he left to go and check, he never came back. We had to flag him down. I ordered the shrimp and chicken pasta. 2 hours after I had some serious diarrhea from 10pm to about 3am. My stomach ached so bad that I thought I had to go to the ER. Also, the tables and booths are gross. The creases of both were full of crumbs and old food that had fallen into the cracks that had been wiped down possibly by the bussers. This was my first time coming to this location. Not a good experience.

Horrible experience. I sat down at 5:55, but our server didn't greet us till 6:02, which was fine because she was busy. I asked if we could get a happy hour order in since we were sat before 6:00. She said no. We ordered an appetizer, when it came out, the food runner just set it down and walked away, with no plates and no offering of them. I got up and asked him for them. He brought three, all wet, one dirty, so we couldn't get started. Our server came by a few minutes later, and I asked her for some new plates. By this time, our food was starting to get cold. The mozzarella sticks and the pretzel bites were good, but the wings were not fully cooked. Our food came our a few minutes later. My burger was cooked well done, even though I ordered it medium. The pasta was dry and inedible, my son only took three bites. Definitely a waste of money.
So I love Fridays' in general. It used to be one of my favorite mid level chain restaurants and im sad so many of them have closed. I hadn't been here in over a year and I was surprised about some aspects of my experience. Majority of my life I've gotten the jack daniels ribs and I noticed that its no longer called that. Its now called the whiskey glaze ribs. They were still very tasty and the sauce may even be the exact same but just without the Jack trademark. The most shocking part though was my service. It was terrible. My server was prompt in getting our drink order. He was prompt in taking the appetizer order and the food order. Then our appetizer came in a decent amount of time but after that I never saw our server again for the rest of the night. A different person brought our food, then another person brought the sauce I wanted, then another person came later to ask bring the check and collect the check. My water was never refilled or checked on even though it was completely gone for at least 20 minutes. And even if the original guy went on break or lunch either him or the girl replacing him should've informed us at some point. It was never mentioned at all. It was like our table just got passed on to whoever could grab it. It was very disappointing and I had to leave the smallest tip one left for any restaurant in years! Thankfully this is the only time I've experienced this at Fridays but if it was my first, I would never come back.
Parking: During busy times the parking lot section closest to the restaurant can fill up easily. But the overall lot is so huge that you can still find a spot not too far
Kid-friendliness: Plenty of food options for kids to enjoy. Also the tvs with all of the sports is good for them to look it if they're bored.

I was greeted as soon as I entered and I let them know I planned to be ordering to go. They don’t have a formal takeout area but the woman at the front did assist me and was very polite in doing so. My order was ready in about 10-15 minutes, I’d ordered a pasta with chicken and shrimp and honestly it came with less protein than I’d anticipated but the pasta itself was pretty good, Fridays has become so scarce but I did enjoy my visit to this 1.

If you like waiting a long time for everything, having it come out wrong, having to wait longer for your server to even show up and then having them take their sweet time fixing it, then this place is for you. Not surprised they filed for bankruptcy.

I had hoped the food would have been better. It was just OK. Server was nice but sometimes difficult to locate when needed.

It’s easy to see why this place is going out of business. The old decor, smelly establishment, poor food and the menu hasn’t changed in years. After this experience I won’t be back to TGIF when so many other options exist.
Waitress was real nice.

It was our first time at this location. It was not good. It was empty but we barely saw our server.
The food was not good.
I'm not sure why the cook decided to over salt all the fries. Never had that from a restaurant, i can salt my own food. It ruined all the fries and broccoli. The broccoli was slim pickings, not cooked, and brown lol. No garlic butter on it.
I was charged for extra glaze for my chicken, when it came with pretty much none on it, plus the pot was half full! What was available was watered down ew!
I didn't even get two chicken breasts, extra mash cost is crazy, smaller than an ice cream scoop ?.
Now i get this meal in Texas, where it is much better. I don't usually say that but yes, everything is smaller and more costly in California, quality has gone down the drain!
Over priced for rubbish quality, small portions and non existent service.
