Placed their December drinks. Well we found bugs in them. Told them. Manager can and was casual about how they were fruit flies…. Didn’t look like to us. Waitress was great but the whole experience just killed it for us.

My dad and I went there for lunch yesterday. It took us forever to get greeted. The waitress walked past us three times and greeted other tables before I had to ask the hostess to get our waitress for us. This girl with long blonde hair finally came over and said that nobody told them that we were sitting there. Which is absolute garbage if you’ve ever been in the service industry. You’re supposed to watch your section. And we were clearly in her section. At one point, I tried to get her attention and she walked past us without even looking at us. For a moment, I thought she was not serving us on purpose because of our race.
She seemed to be OK after that but didn’t tell us her name. I ordered wings for lunch. 12 of them for $25 And they definitely were not worth it. They brought me all flats and no drums, which it was clear: The kitchen was eating the good pieces and only serving what was left over! They were all real skinny flats with almost no meat on them in comparison to the big fat drums. I asked our waitress why they served it like that and I gave her my theory that the kitchen is eating all the drums and she said yeah they did that to her not that long ago. While it was way too late to ask them to send it back, she did nothing to help the situation. And her manager never came over to inspect. While my dads food was ok, when a complaint is made, it should be followed up with a conversation by management coming to the table. Wings are $25 for 12 wings!!!! Considering the price point of their food, I don’t know who they think they’re kidding. Very dissatisfied. I am giving a one star as well for atmosphere because once you’ve been treated like they don’t want to serve you or be at work, the atmosphere really truly does not matter

My first time at a TGI in over a decade. I see why I stopped coming. The wait for the food was longer than the wait to be seated. Took 25 minutes to get a drink and it was water. I understand prices are up but $18 for a glass of ice, a splash of liquor and some juice is crazy. The food was ordinary, I've had better from Fantastic Burger. Also, I was in a part of 4 and waited 10 minutes for it food after everyone else was served. Just terrible all around.

TGI Fridays is a long time favorite for me. It's a happy and fun experience. I love that they still have this location and their value meals and most of our long time favorite dishes mixed in with new. The holiday decorations made it even more memorable and the music and service was nice too.

Get whiskey sauce on everything.... it's soooo good.
Ribs were salty fish and chips soaked in grease. Dinner wings were good and mud slide. Didn't offer if we wanted something else just brought the bill. Won't be back to Fridays if this the service they are giving now a days

Our experience was amazing. the team Tony, Edith & Christian are an awesome trio. Our day was made even better because Christians attitude was so interactive. He brought the best out of us both and made our day even more fun. The soup was not that great but even while dealing with our complaint about it, He managed to smile and be professional. The entire team was incredibly wonderful. Thank you for the food the atmosphere and the experience.

I ordered the mushroom truffle burger with a side of garlic butter broccoli for dinner. Later on that night I had countless vomiting seeing hacked up burger meat in the toilet. Food poisoning!? Btw they didn’t clean the seats down properly either and had sticky sauce residue on the cushions.
