I give them 3 stars for the simple fact that I have to ask to have my meat and chicken well cooked every time I visit. The first time I asked to have the meat well cooked, the younger cook made an arrogant comment! If it was not for Arlene and Karen's customer service I would never go here. They deserve a raise.

The waiting time is very long even though you are the only customer in line. I waited 15 minutes for my regular bowl. The customer service is ok though. Sorry but I wouldn't recommend going to this location. Especially if you don't like waiting for a while.

Great place for lunch during work. The food is pretty healthy overall as long as you don't indulge too much on the sause they offer. I like this flame broiler cuz they seem to clean the grill.more often so the beef doesn't come out with burnt pieces. Great location too, with ample parking. Despite all the office buildings nearby and hospital, there is hardly any wait. The food comes out really quickly!
