Great customer experience!!! Food was fresh & delicious 😋. Sweet potato fries were perfect!

The food is great! They changed the menu but they still made my bbq salad! So delicious! Tempura green beans are my favorite treat!!!

Just a heads up to everyone who usually orders this salad like i do, they have now gone from a nice amount of guac when you request avocado, to literally one slice of avocado for the same price. also they are not consistent with the amount of chicken they add. sometimes they’ll put less than this. Ugh.

Tempura green beans, fries and onion rings were hot and fresh. Chicken club is always a great choice on the grilled sourdough.

As a DoorDash driver and regular at The Habit Burger (Orange), I’ve seen my fair share of sloppy service, but this last visit sealed the deal—literally. I asked an employee (headphones in, attention out) if the order was ready. Showed the screen, confirmed the name, counted the items—basic stuff. She nods, hands me a sealed bag. Surprise—wrong order.

Sealed bags are great for safety, but they’re a gamble when the staff can’t be bothered to double-check. Drivers get burned for their laziness while we burn gas trying to make things right. It’s unprofessional, careless, and frankly, insulting. I’ve reported it to DoorDash because this wasn’t a one-off. If you’re picking up here—stay sharp, double-check, and don’t be afraid to call them out. They clearly need the reminder.

Habit is my second favorite fast food hamburger... the hamburgers are grilled and are very good, but the fries and onion rings are first rate. You can order "frings" a mixture of fries and onion rings. The tropical Ice Tea is some of the best you can get anywhere.

Habit is usually pretty good and consistent from location to location. This particular location is usually that way as well. Prices unfortunately have soared lately and it’s no longer an attractive spot to eat at regularly. Lots of factors for that but reality is that they have become too expensive. Also charging for side of sauce too. Now uses Pepsi products which imo is inferior to Coke products but I’m sure it’s cheaper for them. Part of the cost cutting and pass along to the consumer policy they seem to employ now. The company website/app also are non responsive to concerns or communications. For their current prices you can get a better experience at some full service restaurants. Time will tell but it used to be better than it is now.
