Believe it or not the the negative comment I have to report are with the chairs at the bar. WAY too heavy along with no felt sliders on the legs I almost couldn't move them, horrible design!

Great service. The menu doesn’t have the most variety but the choices are delightful. I enjoy French toast for breakfast. They offered cheesecake stuffed French toast or all bran crusted. I decided on the latter. I also had sausage links before heading out on my day. It wasn’t the normal grease filled sausage. I was pleased with the quality and taste of my breakfast. When I’m back of the Fera by Doubletree in Orange, CA, I’ll come here again

Well, I normally don’t expect much from hotel restaurant breakfast, but this place was actually pretty darn good. I got the peel breakfast, and my husband got the pancakes. Both were very good, especially the pancakes. We shared, so those two were a good combo. We had great customer service from Genaro. We came here around 6:45am on a Sunday and it was not busy. Breakfast was served fast. Overall, I do recommend stopping her for breakfast before heading over to Disneyland.

Great food, service, and atmosphere! My favorites were the brussel sprouts, fish tacos, and the dragon fly cocktail! Also loved our service from Maya and Grace!

Overall great drinks, food and service. Our server Dylan was very attentive and was happy to recommend a variety of food and drinks. Stand outs were the fish tacos and beef sliders. Drinks both looked and tasted fantastic. Giving 4/5 stars only because there is a two-hour limit for free parking (you have to pay after the two hours) since the restaurant is located inside of a hotel so we felt like we couldn't really take our time as much as we would've liked. Otherwise everything about the restaurant itself was great!

Hotel Fera Anaheim, a DoubleTree by Hilton, is adjacent by UCI Medical Center and has this small boutique style restaurant/bar called the Peel on the first floor. Upon parking in the garage, you'll walk towards the front of hotel passing the front check-in counter and will eventually spot this well lit contemporary bar area. I spotted the host stand as it was awkwardly facing away from me and towards another door. The hostess named Grace walked towards us to welcome us and checked us in to our booth/table. She noticed we had a little one and commented that they had kids items. After a brief wait, a waiter introduced himself and took our order. We asked about kid items, and he responded that they didn't have any. It was conflicting what the hostess had mentioned. He suggested I order the Fade to Black and I agreed. Hat Trick: $19 (5/5) Duck Fat Washed Whiskey, Amaro, Demerara, Bourbon Barrel Aged Bitters. While you can taste the richness of the duck fat, the drink was well balanced with the bitters and syrup. Nice stamped clear ice. Fade to Black: $18 (4/5) Knob Creek Old Fashion, Walnut Bitters and Cinnamon-Infused Simple Syrup. It was smoked and slowly uncovered by the waiter. While I do like the show, the smoke over powered the complexity of the bitters and syrup. Nice stamped clear ice. PEI Mussels $17: (3/5). White wine, coconut curry, garlic, Fresno chili, grilled ciabatta, Spanish chorizo, Toasted Bread. The mussels and coconut curry were a great pairing. However, the toasted bread was completely burnt and ruined the experience of soaking the broth. Skuna Bay Salmon: $35 (3/5) Pan-roasted salmon citrus emulsion, roasted butternut squash, quinoa, brown rice, local seasonal vegetables. The salmon was cooked well and not dried out. Unfortunately, the salmon was over seasoned and the brown sauce around the salmon overpowered the salmon flavors. I did not think it was a citrus based sauce. While we did appreciate the local baby vegetables and brown rice/quinoa mixture. If I worked by UCI and wanted to grab a drink with a co-worker for a special occasion, I would definitely consider coming here. While the drinks are expensive, they are made with care. As for the food, I did not think it was spectacular and the other menu items listed were mediocre. Since I do not live close by, I don't believe I would be returning here. If you are a tourist and staying here for Disneyland or Anaheim Ducks, I would consider finding other places to eat. Drinks (5/5). Food (3/5). Service (4/5).

What a pleasant little spot located inside DoubleTree by Hilton. The bar does give off a welcoming and cozy feel. Only came here in hopes of good drinks, which there were! My girl and I ordered the Dragon Fly and Como La Flor cocktails. Both were slightly strong but delicious. Knowing how we get a little snack-y while drinking and catching up on life, we opted for the beef sliders and Peel fish tacos. Both tasted well. Our server was really well-mannered and checked up a few times to see if everything tasted alright or if we needed anything else.

This place was sadly a total letdown. The steak was super fatty and only like half of it was edible but even then not enjoyable. The worst part was they served it on a flat wood board, with no lip, so it was dripping steak sauce off the sides. When the bus boy brought it out he was completely careless and got steak sauce on my pants. I pointed it out and asked if he had a Tide pen or something and he just grabbed a towel from his belt and wiped my pants, with total disregard for my personal space. He was completely unapologetic, unphased, and unconcerned that he'd just stained my pants. It left a really bad taste in my mouth.

Waited about 45 min for breakfast -- literally we both got egg dishes and they took that long to bring it to us and in that time the waiter did not come see us once until after the food had arrived, not even to say sorry for the delay. We saw him take our order, bring us our water and then we waited 45 minutes for a meal that was just okay. Meanwhile the older folks sitting next to us had their food 15 minutes into sitting down. Waste of time. Just eat at Disney.

I came here with my friends for a girls night out because we saw the crafty drinks on Instagram and had to try them! And let me just say they did not disappoint!! The peel is located inside of hotel fera and has a good ambiance for a night out with friends. Leslie our server was amazing!!! She took really great care of us and made sure to recommend some great cocktails and apps! We will definitely be coming back!

Maya was great! She was patient and funny while we waited to see if friends were coming to join us. The ambience had and energy of peace with music softly setting upon the ears. The food was good, Chicken Confit sandwich was a delightful meal , Tempura Cauliflower with sweet chile was great shareable, and the lava cake was a fine finisher.

Service was spectacular! Maya was an amazing waitress and very sweet. Food was great and the dining room was inviting, comfy and has very good lighting. Maya told me they just updated their menu so we got to try some of their new food options. 10/10

Was looking for a nearby place to eat with the bf and found this spot on open table. With some mixed reviews i decided to give it a try. We pulled up to valet and they were so kind to direct us to self parking. 2 hr parking validation. We were sat rather quickly and our server alessandro was so attentive to our orders and with bringing us drinks. We sat down by the tables. The aesthetic of the place is not bad. This is def not a dress fancy spot many ppl were in joggers, sweatshirts, jeans. This is on the first floor of the Fara hotel. I ordered the como la flor drink and i give it a good 9/10. It was sweet and a very good mix probably the infused tea. My bf had the agave summer it def had a good kick and he gave it a good 9/10 as well. Good soicy margarita. (We ended the night adding The fera, because it looked so pretty and someone next to us had ordered it, Id give it a 6/10. ) For food i ordered the peel burger and id like to say it was a good 8.5/10 burger. If i had to choose between this burger and in n out id choose this one. The fries were rather average. Some crispy some more bland. My bf ordered the prosciutto flatbread and that was delicious it has some lime citrius. it was very good. 8.5/10 for me. We came on a Thursdays and it was not busy at all. Overall great spot, id def come back since i live so close and it def had shorted wait than others down at the Block
