Convenience factor is there but everything they get is from Costco so not the best quality. They charge around $10 for a breakfast burrito with 2 eggs and 2 pieces of meat. Covid his their quality and portions hard, not to mention the dollars spent per item. Suggest visiting another cafe for better food and money savings even if it isn’t downstairs.

Excellent food and service! Fresh, home style cooking. Great coffee too! It’s on the first floor of the business building. Ordered a egg & chorizo burrito and a Carmel Macchiato with Almond milk and both were excellent! Wish I worked in the building. I’d be here all the time.
There are black dots that come out of the soda dispenser that are likely mold, bacteria or cockroach droppings. Try clear soda and you will see it.
Great food, Super clean and quiet place to grab breakfast and lunch.
