Always a good experience. Your staff is cheerful and professional!! The food is good, however the salad needs a little improvement and the potatoes a little more flavor (maybe add some butter). The sandwiches are always great!!!

Raucous environment. A far cry from peaceful coffee shop environments. If you're going with a lot of kids and animals, I'd recommend as that's the type of vibe you fit into. For anyone looking to relax, or work, it will not be acceptable.
But that's just my preference. What I can definitively say is the coffee is average and the service attitude was atrocious. Maybe it's human nature that the staff treats demographics that aren't the same of their own.

They have super good food! Organic everything. Self serve and they bring you food asking if you need anything else, I said ketchup....they said there's a condiment bar you can get it at. That was odd.

The food is wonderful, coffee is lovely, the other drinks are great. My only critique of this place is the poor layout for actually getting your order – everyone is bunched up at the back and it’s difficult to navigate. God help you if you need to use the restroom and have to wade through all the people! Also, it is very crowded normally and difficult to find a place to sit. It seems they haven’t maximize the space they have for the amount of clientele they deal with every day. They’re kind of a victim of their own success. I hate to say it, but after being a regular customer there for a while I’ve stopped going there entirely because it’s just too much of a hassle.
