New owner was terrible therefore they closed because of profit. Service got bad and the food wasn’t it with the increase in prices. A place that used to be great turned awful
The least they could do is announce they're CLOSED. Drove all the way from Long Beach. They're decline started the moment they changed ownership and lost the family feel, theme, and business model!!

Decent food. Decent prices. Baby back ribs were quite fatty last night.
Who's the grumpy old guy seating everybody?
Speaking of seating people, where did everybody go?
There were 2 other people when we came in. I think 2 more came in after us.
The place is practically dead.
I wonder when it will close now!

I've been going to Tulsa since they opened at the tiny location ... has it really been 40 years??? Now I feel old. Anyways.. The ribs are always falling off the bone and so tasty. And I think I crave the Tulsa fries almost as much as the ribs! I now live in Palm Springs, but every time we're back home we go to Tulsa, usually to-go - it's an old tradition from the tiny restaurant when you couldn't get a table. ( :

We had boneless pork ribs with original bar b que sauce. It came with beans, corn bread, choice of potato. I had baked with butter sour cream and chives. I also tried the potato salad and Mom tried the tabooli. It was good! The portions were huge and we went on a Thursday at 2pm. We had the place to ourselves. We really enjoyed it and recommend it highly.

Don't get the steak. Very!!!Small, flat, dry, overcooked. Ribs tasted like they were made yesterday. Bacon wrapped shrimp: bacon burnt, shrimp dry. Not coming back. Waitress was nice though.

I live in Tulsa, Oklahoma and stumbled upon this place while visiting Orange, California.
The service was great, the staff were polite, and the atmosphere was kinda like home but with a California twist.
I was informed the owner(s) have never lived in Oklahoma, never visited Oklahoma, and don’t get their recipes from Oklahoma either.
IMPOSTERS!!!
There was 4 people in the restaurant besides myself.
I won’t be attending any future meals here at Tulsa Rib Company. This is blasphemous to actual Tulsa barbecue.
If you want real Tulsa Ribs, check out Rib Crib. That’s some real Oklahoma dining!

Baby back ribs are falling off the bone tender. Very meaty, good sauce.
Best food I've had since moving here from Chicago almost a year ago.
