What a beautiful building! As soon as you step inside, it looks like you've stepped inside a European Cafe. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Ordered the Spanish latte and French press. What coffee should taste like. Was absolutely delicious! Can't wait to return.

Iâve always loved Urth, especially after having an amazing breakfast at their Pasadena location last year. Their avocado toast became one of my all-time favorites, served without the poached egg, it was incredibly fresh, flavorful, and unlike anything Iâve been able to find in the Bay Area.
Today, I visited the Urth Orange location and ordered the avocado toast again, this time with a poached egg and added tomato. Unfortunately, the plate arrived cold and didnât taste the way I remembered. The manager was kind enough to replace it, and the second plate was much better, but still not quite on the level of the Pasadena branch.
Despite my mixed experience with the avocado toast at this location, Urth still offers a wonderful variety of dishes and drinks, and I appreciate their commitment to organic ingredients.
Overall, Urth is definitely worth trying, but based on my experiences, I would still recommend the Pasadena location over the Orange one

I was looking forward to having great food with good company on Veterans day. I left disappointed and not because of the company. The only reason I actually scored this a 3* is merely because we had good company, everything else left me wanting.
The food was OK nothing special. The service was disappointing. I understand the there was a backlog due to the popularity of this place but to have to wait an hour for a waffle is woefully unacceptable. The latte took 20 minutes and it was cold by the time it got to us. This even after I checked on the status a couple of times.
I had a scramble which arrived 40 minutes after placing the order. It came with 2 pieces of baguette which was cold. Had it been freshly baked it may have been acceptable but if it is fridge cold at least throw it into a toaster oven to make it better. The salad was slimy instead of crunchy.
All in all this was an extremely disappointing experience and because of that I will not be visiting any of the franchise locations of this CaffĂš.
There was no discount for veterans on Veterans Day!

The food here is very delicious! There's free water available at the entrance for anyone to take, which is a nice touch. I also liked the outdoor terrace - great place to sit and enjoy your meal. Just keep in mind, you have to place your order at the counter and wait in line, but they do bring the food to your table. Overall, really tasty and a pleasant experience!

I work in DT Orange and love Urth Caffe. The food and drink never disappoint. However, today's front counter staff had serious attitude problems. It was very busy, and the two young women at the registers were visibly eye-rolling at multiple customers and making no effort to hide their exasperation. I didn't order fast enough for one of them and had a hard time hearing their responses, so I received an eye roll as well. Ladies, if you want tips, try some basic respect.

Didnât seem very busy, but our drinks took MUCH longer than usual, on a busy night. The trash was overflowing by the front door, as well as the bathrooms were not stocked & very messy, like always.
