Terrible customer service. I asked to exchange an overcooked pretzel that was hard and dry (unlike one purchased last week) and because I had eaten part of it, staff was unwilling to make a fresh one. When I asked if they had others, I was told business was slow and they weren't going to make any more. What if a customer walked in an ordered one? The lady acted as if she was going to have to pay to give me another one. Really sad. Attitude was rude and not at all concerned about my experience. Not going back. Do not recommend!!!

This place is located inside the outlet mall in Orange so there's a lot of foot traffic. There was a short line but it moved quickly.

Not sure about all these reviews of bad customer service but we had a very nice girl help us at the counter on our visit. Just a salted and buttered pretzel and a cinnamon pretzel for us but she did ask if we needed sauces or anything else.

Greasier ?? than ever, not to mention that my husband's wallet was left there and they didn't give him a reason for anything nor did they ever want to see the cameras and a fucking manager showed up who wasn't there, it seems to me that they themselves They left her, why not want to see the cameras?

Ok so I have been to a few other locations and never have I received bitz that looked like this. They sure don't look like the website photo either. Is your store lazy and didn't feel like rolling them out and cutting them in their normal standard shape? The were way too big. Not enough cinnamon and sugar. Blah, blah blah and blah. Both the plain and sweet versions looked like a two year old made them. I won't be back. Thank you for ruining what was going to be a great desert.

I will NEVER EVER EVER go back to this location (which is the one at the Orange Outlets [I hope this is the right location!]!! These pretzels SUCK!! I’m disabled and hard EVER get out, but we had take someone to the airport and on our way back, we decided to stop at the mall and I wanted to get some pretzels for our guests and myself. The line was long and outside the door. I went in and ordered a large order (4 cinnamon surgar pretzels and a large strawberry lemonades). Because the guests were ready to get to my place after traveling so long, we waited to eat the pretzels when we got back to my place, which was a fiften minute drive home. The pretzels were SO DRY AND HARD and the strawberry lemonade tasted like poison, LITERALLY!! I would NOT have EVER guessed that was strawberry ANYTHING!! It had NO.hint of strawberry OR lemonade flavoring; instead, it was the WORST BITTER tasting beverage I have EVER tasted!! The pretzels were all dry and had minimum cinnamon sugar dusting on it!! Those pretzels tasted like they were days old and had been sitting out!! I don’t know if it was because their lines were so backed up and they were rushing to make them, or if I was just so UNlucky enough to get OLD pretzels that didn’t sell the day before or what. I called down there and spoke to the manager on duty (I think he said his name was Marco). He was SO VERY RUDE AND DID NOT CARE WHATSOEVER and pretty much told me “oh well, there is nothing I’m going to do” about it. I live two cities away from that location, and again, I don’t drive or get out much, so I couldn’t drive all the way back down there to complain; all I wanted was my money put back on my debit card, but they refused!! I also called the 1-800 number and to this day, I have not heard ANYTHING from them!! I informed Marco that I’d be reporting him to corporate and he pretty much said “That’s fine!” — so either Marco has some really strong clout with the higher-ups at headqurters because NO ONE bothered to call me back regarding this incident and Marco almost dared me to call corporate; he did not care AT ALL, and I see why now because NOTHING HAPPENED AND NO ONE EVEN BOTHERED TO RETURN MY PHONE CALLS, so I had close to thirty bucks just tossed in the TRASH, LITERALLY!!!!!!! i. AM. SO. MAD!!!! AND. WILL. NEVER. EAT. AT. WETZEL. PRETZEL. AGAIN!! EVER!!!!!!!!! 😡😡😡 My guests and I HATED it!!!! And I truly hope that Wetzel Pretzel will vet their managers/supervisors better in the future and get some that actually car about making their customers’ experience BETTER!!!!!!!!.

The food is good, like any Wetzel location, but the service is lacking. They had no full dogs available and we asked how long until there'd be some ready and we were told 15 minutes. So we let her know we'd just come back in ~15 minutes and order the dogs.Come back roughly 18 minutes later and there's still no dogs. She THEN told me they were made-to-order and we'd have to order and then wait 15 minutes. Wetzel's isn't a sit down restaurant so I am not ordering and then waiting around for my food.Any good location has at least one of each menu item ready to go, even the less popular ones. I think this is the first time I've actually had this at any Wetzel's location before.

Rude!! Rude !! customer service and ignored our request .Lady was talking so fast I couldn't think straight or think of my order we felt so rushed definitely never going to this location ever again!Thumbs downs!Zero stars!

The sevice was very good , I had the salted pretzel with the jalapeno cheese dipping sauce and the sauce was spicy ? which I like. The staff are very friendly here.

Way too expensive, I got 2 pretzels & 1 horchata for 30 bucks. I went to apple bees I paid the same for 2 plates of food including appetizers. I got scrammed for 2 freaken pretzels .

As much as you’re craving a pretzel, please don’t eat in here. Their customer service is terrible, and to top it off we bought two pretzels and both had a hair in it. We understand accidents happen so we went back, got an even worse treatment for pointing out a hair in the food that I payed for. We got a different one and before hitting the Levi’s store another long hair. We processed to throw the food away because clearly their hygiene protocols are being ignored by staff and management.Yes it is a long review but if it prevents someone else getting a hair in their mouth than so be it.
