This sandwich shop used to have a lot more creative ingredients that you could customize with that have disappeared over the years. Ie: no spinach, just lettuce, and no unique cheeses anymore like blue, feta or Parmesan. Their shakes used to have multiple flavors you could combine into unique flavors, which is also no more. Additionally, there prices have gone way up. Now, a sandwich and a shake/side costs $20!!! The quality is decent, but the decline in uniqueness is disappointing and I'd no longer recommend this shop for those prices.

They need to hire better employees. The 2 guys that work there are rude and like whatever. I ordered 2 kids meals, they didn't offer the chips or the special treat as advertised. I had to go back and ask for it, then they said "Yes only if you want those". Also I had went there earlier in the week and the lady had told me they had a military discount. I went there today and the guys said no military discount and then put in a 10 cents discount. Basically a slap in the face. If they don't offer a discount that's fine but 2 different days, 2 different answers then giving 10 cents off a $28 order is just a slap in the face. No where ever would they do that or offer that.

Be warned if you are planning do anything beyond ordering a sandwich to go, do not expect much in the way of guest service. Second time visiting in less than a month. While I enjoy their take on sandwiches, the management, and staff are subpar. Although, fries are advertised as part of the menu the have not been made available. The restroom is not available for use/out of order and the fountain beverages were not dispensing properly. After notifying the staff it was clear that they were not very concerned and or equipped to much to change the current conditions. That being said, I understand that we are living through a pandemic and the labor force is a concern in the food industry. However, when businesses do not value their customers or the customer's experience that is when take their business elsewhere. The do have some great sandwiches but I expect more from a business and staff than a shrug and limited facilities. Happy Dining

DON’T ORDER DELIVERY FROM HERE! I ordered a corned beef sandwich which is basic for any sandwich restaurant and my delivery provided me with a turkey sandwich without anything on it! No veggies. No sauce. No cheese. It was INEDIBLE! The only thing in my house that found it edible was my cat. It’s basically cat food! Completely ruined my dinner. What a horrible establishment.

Do not order food online @ this location. They wrap the sandwich in paper then cut it in half then put in a plastic bag without a second layer of paper to protect the sandwich. This is very unsafe during COVID. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!! Never order from Which Wich again.......

Which WichOrdering on Grubhub and can't understand the miscommunication? Keep ordering your "Courtney's Cookie" and you keep sending me these horrible plain chocolate chip cookies??? I have even stated no subsitute as I dont like your regular chcolate chip cookies! Beginning to wonder why they are on the menu if we can't buy them ??? Any thoughts on this??

Love the sandwiches. Bread always crusty and fresh. The hot sandwiches are melty and delicious, even after a trip home. Their ice is the crunchy kind so I always get a big iced tea and reuse the cup at home. Convenient that they come with a lid so I can keep my cat's nose out of my drink!

Good service, but overpriced for mediocre sandwiches. I tried WW for the first time today. I paid $48 for 3 sandwiches and 2 cookies (no drinks)...eek!?. The sandwich I tried was The Grinder (Italian sub). The meats tasted of low quality (and old), and the tomatoes and veggies were soggy. The bread was okay. The sandwiches are toasted here, so I do not know if that may be why the veggies/tomatoes got soggy. In any case, I will not eat here again. Jersey Mike's, Jimmy Johns, and other local establishments have better quality sandwiches.
