This is the 2nd time I've come through the drive thru & have been ignored. So this time I parked, got out of my car & went to the ordering window. When I got to the window no one came for a while. Finally a lady came & rudely said, "What do you want?" No proper greeting or professionalism. Her eyes were glossy tbh it looked like she was on something. Her co-worker came shortly after & put on her headset as if she just got to work but they've been open for an hour already. Guess that explains why no one answers the drive thru, they're literally showing up for a check. I will not be returning.

This is the worst weinersnitzle location. We arrived at the walk-up order window at 9:43pm one night and 9:48 p.m. a few nights later, and the posted hours were open until 10 pm both nights. Besides that, we stood at the window looking at two employees cleaning up and counting the register, and neither would look and acknowledge us standing there. So we knocked on the window, and both of them still ignored us. This location needs new employees or it will be going out of business soon. The pictures are the location address, hours, and the employees vehicle and license plate that ignored us during business hours.

Although this Wienerschnitzel location is right off a busy street, it still had an easy access and plenty of parking. The atmosphere is somewhat marred by where it is situated, but the food and service was exceptional! Not quite 5 stars, but 4 stars is pretty darned good! Maybe just do the drive through?! Lol! Wonderful service for sure ?????
