Lady has no patience to work as a customer service rep, we were there the night of March 6th 2025
I went in today January 19th 3:00 One person in front of me has been waiting 3 minutes while this lady behind the counter was on the phone(understandable) but after a minute when we got there, she hangs up and decided to start counting coins on her register one coin at a time. One at a time instead of serving us, the gentleman in front of us even told her but she still decided to ignore us. Never had that poor service before we all decided to leave and went to DK donuts.

The service here is a hit or miss. They absolutely hate when they make your order wrong and you ask them to fix it! My best advice is to not let up and ask for what you ordered and what you paid for regardless of the attitude they give. I had one of them pull out the scale because I asked her to fill the cream cheese container all the way lol I couldn’t believe it. The bagels, French vanilla cap and iced coffee are good.
