Hello I'm wrighting you guys because I love your doughnuts and I am a baker and I know a good doughnut when I see it. But I wrote a review on the 24 hour Santa Ana store Tustin Ave. Because there's no reason this should've happened and wasted 30$ down the drain. There's no way u can pick ur doughnuts or write a note which I would've said my brother has sever allergies to Coconut. But on Uber eats I can't do that and not only did I get one that had coconut I had over half coconut Im glad I looked first though I took them away and we couldn't eat them. Nobody should allow a allergen inside a box includes peanuts,coconut, and cinnamon

It baffles me how much attitude me and my wife get from the workers and how is it possible those workers are still employed. The worker Marcela just stares at you and gave us dirty looks. As well as the manager there, she refused to help us reason being for her boyfriend/husband being present at the time. That came off unprofessional and no good work ethic. Would not recommend this place at all.

Ordered a ham egg and cheese breakfast sandwich. The girl (name on the receipt says Dulce M.) rang me up for the combo which I didn't want but sure whatever I'll take a donut and a coffee too. Get home, no egg on my sandwich. Go back so they could fix it and the girl starts giving me attitude and saying I got what I ordered, even though I didn't. Then she tried saying it would cost more, but she rang me up for the combo which is one set price, so how would it cost more? All she had to do was fix the order, I mean who ever heard of a breakfast sandwich with no egg? The other guy there was also no help in fixing the situation. 0/10 customer service. The girl ESPECIALLY needs some help. She was totally useless

You can’t just call it a “donut” place. They have sandwiches and liquados and everything is fresh baked by professional bakers! Well priced and delicious!
Parking: Parking right next to the building, free, convenient and safe.
Never coming here again super expensive wasted $33 for 1 donut ? and 14 donut holes the ham and cheese are not regular ham and cheese disgusting. The juice are good but super expensive the cup are small for $7.49

The food is delicious and it's surprisingly cheap for the quality. The service was friendly and the sandwiches are made quickly but are so good. I got a strawberry blended smoothie and it's so light and creamy. I will come again!
