You are better off eating at the Chuck E Cheese next door. Service was ok. Mostly all young adults who seemed more focused on what was on their phones rather than work. No one came by to take our drink order and after 20 minutes of sitting there they finally brought us some water and took our food order. The food was terrible. We ordered grilled gyoza, teriyaki chicken/rice bowl, dragon roll, and a crunch roll. The gyoza was the only edible thing we got. The chicken was burnt and bland. And the 2 rolls tasted like it came straight from a grocery store packaged sushi.
The bathroom was bad. Graffiti everywhere and they were too lazy to refill the soap dispenser, so they put a bottle of hand soap on top of the soap dispenser.
They claim to be authentic but they are far from it.

Food was decent, but Yoshiharu Ramen delivered one of the most infuriating and unacceptable service experiences imaginable. There were only two tables with customers, including us an absolutely not-busy situation, yet the young lady server acted as if doing her job was a burden. No water refills, no attention, no effort. She ignored orders, questions, and basic requests while staying glued to her phone the entire time.
I ordered ONE extra topping. It never arrived. When I reminded her, she repeatedly said the wrong quantity; when taking the order, when being reminded, and even when bringing it out. I clarified “ONE” multiple times, clearly and directly. Then the bill came… and they had charged for TWO. At that point, it was beyond incompetence. It felt like she didn’t care at all about accuracy, customers, or the most basic sense of responsibility.
For a restaurant that wasn’t even busy, this level of negligence is unbelievable. It’s astonishing that someone with this attitude is allowed to serve guests and ruin their dining experience. Completely unacceptable from start to finish.
It was my first time experiencing gen z memes in reality. Lol

Their savory ramen here never fails, always delicious, with great portions and reasonable pricing. One thing to note is that the menu isn’t fully updated, and they removed one of the kids’ items. I ended up ordering the kids ramen for my little ones, and they loved it! They were out of their draft beer during our visit and only had bottled options available. Unfortunately, we went on a rainy Sunday evening, and the wait was long approx. 40mins. Service was very slow, and our waiter kept forgetting things. It was clear the staff was overwhelmed that night. Despite the hiccups, I would still go back because the ramen is truly amazing. Props to the kitchen staff for their delicious food!

Took so long didn’t even serve me
Fine. Tonkatsu and miso broth were very good. The pork chase and egg were just okay. I ordered extra tofu and an egg; did not receive either. Granted, this was pickup on a Friday night. Hopefully, this was just due to being busy.
Everything was FANTASTIC. The takoyaki was tasty, sushi was superb, and the ramen was to die for. The BBQ pork rib ramen was worth it and the extra spice we asked for was not too hot to be enjoyable!
Mia was a fantastic server, was very knowledgeable about the menu and helped cater to my friend-from-out-of-state’s allergies. She was extremely jovial, quick to serve, and made the whole experience worthy of a 6th star if I could give it!
We’ll definitely be coming back again and very soon!

Service was exceptional. Our server was nice and attentive.
We ordered spicy tonkotsu black and the non spicy version. The chashi was good, but the spicy version had almost no flavor and seasoning. You could taste more of the broth with the non-spicy version. Overall extremely underwhelming.
Also ordered some takoyaki, which were quite awful. It's largely just dough, little flavor and some were very undercooked/practically raw.
