Yoshiharu Ramen in Anaheim totally lives up to its rep as a top spot for authentic Hokkaido-style ramen! I ordered the Black Tonkatsu Ramen, and wow, it was a flavor bomb—rich, garlicky broth with that perfect umami kick, paired with tender pork and perfectly cooked noodles. Don't visit this place often enough. Great ramen. The broth is very good. I’m kind of a traditional ramen consumer so this Tonkotsu style broth is great. The Manger visits each table to see how things are. I thought that was a great touch. Nothing like getting feedback directly. We also had the Idako Karaage which was quite good. Will definitely recommend and will visit again.

I'm always a little hesitant to try new places. I am very thankful I tried this ramen place. It was delicious, and service was excellent. Very happy with my experience. Clean and chill place.
