One of the best pizzas in Orange, however, my yesterday’s order pizzas had a little too much tomato sauce making it taste too acidic. I still recommend it. Hopefully next order will be as good as it has always been.

Never been in here before but I've seen this place whenever I'm driving by. Someday after I graduate from Chapman and parking in the Old Towne Orange area is trash, I'll pick this place to pick up a nice meal for myself and get some garlic bread for my younger brother to enjoy.

Had many wonderful times here with friends and family. Food was excellent best pizza around for sure. Meat Lovers with Mushrooms and the Zito's Special is my groups favorite. Amazing chicken wings (buffalo and lemon pepper flavors are really good), garlic knots and pepperoni rolls. Also the cinnamon and sugar knots are great dessert items. Really good pasta, salad and sandwiches. Honestly everything on the menu is worth trying. The service is great. Friendly faces and good attitudes with caring attention. The atmosphere is a classic pizza place which always feels good. Always a great vibe with friends, family or date night. Nice arcade as well. Overall Zito's is a always a great time.

Great chill spot to catch a game, hang out for drinks and have some good food. Recommend to check out their specials and they also have an arcade area and lots of tv’s to watch the game. Will definitely be back !
Take the family take a date. The food is fabulous the atmosphere is casual and fun loving. There isn't a seat in the place you can't see the TV (always a bonus). One of the things that shows they care about their customers. Friendly, experienced staff prepares the food from fresh quality ingredients and at an affordable price. Try it and I am sure you will love this place.
We had an absolutely terrible experience at Zito’s Pizza on 6/14/2025. We arrived at 7:00 PM, exhausted and hungry after traveling from Seattle. Hoping for a quick and satisfying meal, we ordered a medium and a large pizza. What followed was nothing short of a disaster.
The medium pizza took 45 minutes to arrive, and when it did, it was overloaded with salt, making it almost inedible. The large pizza? It never came. After an hour, we asked about it, only to be told there were issues with the dough and it would take another 15 minutes. We waited patiently, yet 40 more minutes passed before we checked again—only to be informed that our order was never placed. Instead of offering any sincere apology, the cashier casually asked if we wanted a refund as if this was an everyday occurrence.
To say we were frustrated would be an understatement. We had two extremely hungry kids and wasted nearly two hours just to leave empty-handed. This was beyond unacceptable, and we will never recommend Zito’s Pizza to anyone.

I walk in at 8:30pm today 5/11 and this blond kid cashier told us is closed because they were slow. He didn’t want to sell us for what I saw they were trying to close early. There were people eating inside the restaurant with a fresh just ready pizza. Horrible service please get better employees because most adolescents just refuse service because they want to go home.

Disappointed... use to get quality pizza here years ago. My pie was undercooked and bland. I can't honestly recommend this company at all anymore
