Take the family take a date. The food is fabulous the atmosphere is casual and fun loving. There isn't a seat in the place you can't see the TV (always a bonus). One of the things that shows they care about their customers. Friendly, experienced staff prepares the food from fresh quality ingredients and at an affordable price. Try it and I am sure you will love this place.
We had an absolutely terrible experience at Zito’s Pizza on 6/14/2025. We arrived at 7:00 PM, exhausted and hungry after traveling from Seattle. Hoping for a quick and satisfying meal, we ordered a medium and a large pizza. What followed was nothing short of a disaster.
The medium pizza took 45 minutes to arrive, and when it did, it was overloaded with salt, making it almost inedible. The large pizza? It never came. After an hour, we asked about it, only to be told there were issues with the dough and it would take another 15 minutes. We waited patiently, yet 40 more minutes passed before we checked again—only to be informed that our order was never placed. Instead of offering any sincere apology, the cashier casually asked if we wanted a refund as if this was an everyday occurrence.
To say we were frustrated would be an understatement. We had two extremely hungry kids and wasted nearly two hours just to leave empty-handed. This was beyond unacceptable, and we will never recommend Zito’s Pizza to anyone.

I walk in at 8:30pm today 5/11 and this blond kid cashier told us is closed because they were slow. He didn’t want to sell us for what I saw they were trying to close early. There were people eating inside the restaurant with a fresh just ready pizza. Horrible service please get better employees because most adolescents just refuse service because they want to go home.

Zitos’s is hit and miss sometimes ok others just bad. This location is by far the worst as it is consistently bad. An example is the Zitos Special, it’s supposed to be loaded and it’s not. The pepperoni is supposed have 100 slices of pepperoni I counted 21-29-25 on 3 pizzas never even close to 100. The beer is warm and the wine is not properly kept and tastes horrible. The employees here are rude very unpleasant especially the women…they hate their jobs it’s obvious as it can be. The location at the circle is more consistent and definitely put out a better product but still not very good overall. I would go anyplace else because as bad as it is the cost is top tier and it’s just not worth it.

I have been going to Zitos Pizza places for about 40 years. My dad took me to the original one (located across from the Orange Mall) the first week it opened and we've been loyal customers since. When we moved to Long Beach, we kept Zitos as our #1 pizza place. It's now the favorite of my husband and son. I've been to every location they have and the quality is always amazing. The service is always polite, knowledgeable, and quick. I tried to find a pizza place in Long Beach that was as good as Zitos, but I haven't. Their food is worth the drive and I will always be a loyal customer.

My family and I have been coming to Zitos for many years. We always loved the service and the food was always great. But since coming to this location it has completely changed my opinion. The workers at this location almost always seem annoyed and we have gotten burnt food or Knott's on multiple occassions at this location and with the food being expensive that is frustrating. They have worst customer service. If you come to eat here just beware you may not get all your food, the food will be half burnt and the workers genuinely don't care. I'm not sure about their other locations but this one sucks. We paid for 3 pizzas and only got 2 last time we were here. When we asked about the last pizza not only did they not make the pizza they said they'd make it "if we want it." Once we finally got the pizza when we were far past done eating. They took back the receipt saying they can't give us a free pizza they originally authorized for the inconvenience because we now got our pizza and couldn't refund the pizza originally since we got half our order. Then after all that the worker asked us "what what do you want." Literally the worst. If you want to eat at Zitos just don't come to this location, try another one.
