I visited this place excited to try their food, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The woman at the register who took my order was very rude and disrespectful. She tossed the receipt toward me and said it would be ready in 25 minutes. It ended up taking over 30 minutes, and I had to follow up twice to check on my order. Every-time, i entered without me saying anything she would yell out, “Have a seat, it will be ready in few mins.” Overall, the service was unfriendly and unwelcoming. In addition to that we got completely sonething ele instead of the Kobedah khabab that i had ordered! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!

Love this place! Lots of vegetarian options. Vegan options not marked but staff is happy to help. Rice can be vegan when ordered without butter. Definitely will be back

First of all, the food wasn’t served hot. There was one server who was visibly annoyed. As a group of six, she kept giving 3 or 4 silverware at a time. We ordered many overpriced dishes, including two soups, which were served cold and without plates. The food had a pungent smell gave us. The desserts were served cold and had a weird aftertaste. The ice cream was so frozen, there was even ice in it!

I came here with a group to celebrate two birthdays. We started with an eggplant dish, Persian cucumber salad and hummus, all were delicious. Our main was a mixed platter of saffron rice and kabobs. My favorite kabobs was the chicken pieces, second favorite was the lamb. The service was very good and the owners were delightful.

After living in America for twenty-some years, I decided to go to an Iranian restaurant with my family. After some research, we decided to choose Kolbe Kebab Restaurant, and after visiting this restaurant, I truly believed in my choice. However, the presence of the host, whose name was Sara, made this family gathering even more beautiful and magnificent. First of all, I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Ms. Sara for her patience, speed, and patience in organizing this party.

I’ve gone to many Persian restaurants and by far this was the least favorite. I should have known by only seeing two people dining on a Saturday night. Bread was dry vegetables were wilted the Shirazi salad was too watery. No ice in any drinks. Tasteless food with old rice.

The worst experience i have ever had. Instead of fixing the problem when they made my order wrong, they simply refused service. They lied first saying their oven is broken, and they said we don't want to serve you why? Because they made my order wrong and I requested a refund. This is my right as a customer when I spend 100s of dollars to atelast get the right food and what about an apology!? Nope we just stop serving you. Better! I take my business somewhere I am respected. I will never ever eat from this place agai food is overpriced and service sucks specifically by owner

8-23-25 we enjoyed two types of juicy and tasty authentic Iranian CHELO KABAB SOLTANI and KOOBIDEH. Kati served the whole saloon alone with a great smile and quick respond on kinda busy Saturday. I was wondering why it’s the first time I am coming to this restaurant which is close to my neighborhood with such a great quality of lamp kababs and service. We will definitely come back and highly recommended. Parking is free and ADA accessible.

I DONT recommend this place. They change the price and portion sizes to charge you more. They dont have a clear description on menu and portion sizes to decide.

Seems like a clean store with good selection of groceries. The bakery is an added bonus. Waiting for more bakery items to come in the future like Zaatar/cheese/lahmajeen.. pies
