The new owner really very kind person and invested big amount to improve this business and he is very professional, all the prices when I compared with other stores it’s really cheaper but he still care for the high quality and very clean product and store.

This off the beaten path restaurant is in a small strip mall. It is truly a hidden gem. My friend and I choose luncheon specials, #2 Chicken Koobideh for her and #3, Lamb Koobideh. Both were delicious, perfectly prepared and spiced. Both were served with fluffy rice topped with saffron and a grilled tomato. The pita bread offering is also very nice. Beer and wine are available. The restaurant is open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner.
