Service and food was great, would definitely return!

Atmosphere is funky, right out of Cajun country/ New Orleans. Service has always been very good. Menu is very eclectic. The food is delicious.

We are local so we eat here once a quarter. We make effort to support local business owners. Food is good, it's consistent. The portions are large so you can easily share. Menu changes now and then so that is a fun aspect, as I like to eat some of the same foods but also try new dishes. Good for lunch or dinner. Mushroom ravioli is wonderful.

Took our order and an hour later told us at least three excuses as to why we couldn’t get our food. We finally left. Don’t come here if it’s busy because you won’t get the service you deserve and you won’t get fed.

We ordered food for our office lunch there was a problem with almost everything. they put watermelon in with hot food, the fries were over cooked dried out and tasteless and that was everyone's fries. My chicken quesadilla was had no taste other than the tons of barbecue sauce in it and the tortilla was hard and chewy Don't waste your money we were very unhappy and will not be back. The menu pictures look nice, but it is nothing like the pictures

Garlic soup was bangin. Jalapeño cheddar biscuits to dunk was a blast. Crunchy croutons to soak up the broth. Culinary adventure mixed with culinary classics. Cheers ?

Sat down, family of three and ordered our food. We were never asked if we wanted drinks. Water was at our table when we sat down. People who sat down after us (both larger and smaller parties) were brought all of their food (and drinks) before we even got ours. After waiting almost an hour we finally asked for our food to be put in to go boxes because we needed to leave. I split a Hamburger with my sister. I'm hoping she got more meat on her half than I did. See attached picture for the 3/4 in "half serving" of my burger patty. Unfortunate that our waitress never returned to our table to check on us after she seated us and took our order (all in one stop).

Update from sister when asked how her burger was: " French fries were great."

Horrible service, won't be returning.

Fairly recently turned vegan and loved this place beforehand, I'm super excited they have vegan options on their menu so I can continue to enjoy them! I ordered the vegan crab cake, it was absolutely delicious. For my taste a bit too much sauce on the plate but overall the flavors were fantastic. Other menu items I would like to try in the future include the vegan patty melt, the vegan sliders, the vegan cheeseburger, and probably other items that you can just remove cheese to make it vegan, like sandwiches and salads.

Vegetarian options: Multiple vegetarian and, especially important for me, vegan items on the menu. Some are clearly labeled as vegan, others I'm sure can be made vegan by simply omitting cheese.

Parking: Designated parking lot

Wheelchair accessibility: There are stairs on the lower half of the restaurant. The upper half of the restaurant has a door out the side that is wheelchair accessible. Various tables can have a chair removed to accommodate a wheelchair.

This was my husband's first time visiting this restaurant. I haven't eaten at Chef Rick's in years, but my husband finally agreed to go. And boy was he delighted to learn of a wonderful place to eat. Food was amazing! Flavors were popping and authentic style of cuisine.
