Cold Stone Creamery

I haven’t been to cold stone in years and we decided to go we looked at the menu before hand and didn’t realize the one we wanted they don’t have. Mind you store was empty and they had 3 employees. They were also very pushy after each item “that’s it” I had to say we are getting a couple ice creams. We were the only customers and they kept rushing us and making faces. The cashier was rushed didn’t even guide me with where to enter my number and seemed annoyed. She threw my change at me didn’t even apologize and walked away. They didn’t even thank us or have a good night. I say for working in customer service they are in a bad job I suggest they find a new job if they can’t even be friendly. Yet they still expect a tip nope sorry not going again. I hope Management/owners fix this issue. No common courtesy or respect.

Next time don’t speak trash about a customer in front of their face assuming they don’t speak Spanish .

Two orders, two huge issues in ordering and customer service.

First, calling the location is worthless. Either it rings until the phone company tells you they can’t come to the phone. Or they answer and are supremely unprofessional.

I just ordered on door dash and as a lifelong customer of Cold stone, I can tell that there was no where near the double mix ins I ordered.

Cant call the shop to talk to a manager. Even if you go in to the store, the employees won’t point you to a manager or help you get in touch with anyone.

It’s easier to buy of the shelf than to think these people will get their act together and do you right

Bad service would not go back. The person seemed racist, had me waiting even though there were no people.

The owners are always very friendly. Staff is alright.
Ice cream is ALWAYS on point.
Today 01/11/25 website hrs are as they are open and came but turns out they’re closed. Boomer.

So far, all three times I’ve been here they haven’t mixed the ice cream with the toppings. I order same thing every time, Germanchocolatekake in a dipped waffle bowl. This time not only was the ice cream not mixed but the chocolate on the bowl only thinly covered about .5-.75 inch of the top of the bowl. I’m used to it much thicker and more of it covering the bowl. As for mixing, hard to see but all the toppings are on the exterior of the scoop. Basically enough for it to stick together while they scoop it into the bowl.

I ordered an ice cream “Birthday Cake” from Cold Stone Creamery in Orcutt. I received the most hideous “cake” I’ve ever seen. It was a total disaster! See photos. It was poorly done. It looks like it was made last minute. It was messy and the ice cream was MELTED when I picked it up! It’s as if it was sitting out on the counter all morning. I threw it away. What a waste of money.
