This is Jack in the Box... the food is always as expected the atmosphere is the standard fast food franchise feel but the service at this store needs a little pick up. Everytime I go it seems they are short staffed which hurts the customer experience.

I always buy fiid here to bring to work. Today it was disappointing paid a supreme croissant but there was no bacon in it. Totally short of taste not coning back again

Forgot to give me straws, forgot my fries, and forgot one of my shakes. This is absolutely ridiculous as even after having to wait 15 minutes, they still messed up my order.

Paid $25 for two meals. Asked for sauce, was told it was in the bag. When I got home I had nothing. Food was also barely warm.

Don't come here at night. There is always something wrong, you will wait forever and you will get crappy food. They always shut the shake machine off early. Do yourself a favor and go to Main Street. The staff is nice but I always leave here disappointed.
Update, I just waited so long in the drive thru that they handed me cold food. I had to ask 3 times to get hot fries and they made me wait out front for them. The small amount of warmth left in my burger was gone by the time I got the fries. Slowest drive thru in the Santa Maria area by far.

Here at 6:45 am, the lights are on but no one is home. Sign says they open at 6 am. This isn't the first time this has happened.
