The staff is unpleasant, they always take too long to serve you, if you order online they never have your food ready when you arrive, and they never have change for your bills. They should hire more staff and give them training!!

I rarely leave reviews, but my experiences with Jack in the Box have been consistently disappointing enough to speak up. The customer service is some of the worst I’ve encountered in fast food. Employees are often rude, inattentive, and seem completely disinterested in helping customers or correcting mistakes.

Just about every visit, my order has either been completely wrong or missing items altogether sometimes both. Whether it's forgotten fries, the wrong sandwich, it feels like quality control and attention to detail are completely lacking. What’s worse is that when I try to address the issue with upper management, I'm ignored I have put a complaint in and was told I would receive a call, and never did.

It’s incredibly frustrating to pay for food you don’t receive, especially when you’re on the go and don’t realize it until you’re already gone. At this point, I’ve lost trust in this location, and I can’t recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable meal or even basic respect as a customer.

Jack in the Box needs to seriously reevaluate their hiring, training, and customer service standards. Fast food doesn’t need to be fancy, but it should at least be correct and delivered with a minimum level of courtesy. Me and my family of six will be taking our business elsewhere from now on.

Jack in the Box prices are out of control, tacos have doubled in price basically overnight. Combos are now 15-18$.

What drugs are you guys smoking? Whoever is in charge of price increases needs a reality check. Jack in the Box thinks they are some craft burger joint all of a sudden. It's cheap, quick, greasy food. You guys seem to have forgotten the cheap part of that.

This is Jack in the Box... the food is always as expected the atmosphere is the standard fast food franchise feel but the service at this store needs a little pick up. Everytime I go it seems they are short staffed which hurts the customer experience.

I always buy fiid here to bring to work. Today it was disappointing paid a supreme croissant but there was no bacon in it. Totally short of taste not coning back again
