Very cute boutique hotel in Old Orcutt. A little out of the way, but if you're up in northern Santa Barbara County / Santa Maria .
You can't go wrong with this little gem. Clean rooms, well equipped, free bottle of sparkling wine and snacks! Reasonable rates, free parking. Onsite bar and gathering spot with big screen TV, and faux fireplace. I'd stay again.

Great value for the cost. Parking is abundant, check-in is a breeze, and the complimentary snacks and bottle of sparkling wine is much appreciated.
The room itself is wonderful and thoughtfully furnished. Two comfortable bath robes are supplied along with a coffee pod machine. The extra quilt adorned across the foot of the bed is a nice touch.
