Not an allergy conscious restaurant. Placed a takeout order. The person who took our order was slow and clueless. Instructed them that there was a cilantro allergy in our order and they told me that wouldn’t be an issue. Got cilantro in my burrito. Will be standing by with my epi pen….

Ordered takeout. Told them multiple times no cheese on one of the dishes. When I went to pick it up I asked again is there cheese on it? He said "shouldn't be". I then told him that my daughter is allergic. Of course I get home to find her dish, literally drowning in cheese. Every dish is. When I called back, they do not answer the phone even though they're supposed to still be open. My super burrito was hardly super. It was mostly all rice with a smear of guacamole and the wrong kind of chicken. For the high price of the food here, you could eat a a higher quality dinner at Siam Orchid next door.

Razor blade in my wife's burrito. Yep, you read that right... razor blade. She showed it to them and they didn't seem too surprised or remorseful. Said something about knowing their salsa chopping blade was acting up. C'mon, that's ridiculous. Someone could have seriously got hurt. Don't worry, they reimbursed that one burrito (not the meal) and they did not offer to make a new one. Ya, 4 years of going here and no longer coming back. Stay safe out there folks.

Great little hole in the wall location. Food was good, the seasoning of the food is more Central American than the American Mexican food we see most often. Loved the deeper earth tones of the food.We both enjoyed our burritos immensely, and the customer service was wonderful. I would venture to guess it was the owner serving us.Parking was okay, music was too loud for us.Otherwise a very enjoyable experience.

The complimentary roasted red-chile salsa that came with chips was quite good. I had the Chicali Fries, which were ok. Nothing to write home about but not bad either. All in all a decent place to do some grubbin'.
Folks were friendly enough but my burrito was a bit on the salty side. The music was also a bit loud. Plenty of parking outside and the shop is located in a cute town.

I was very upset when I found out that the prices they have on the menu are not accurate. Everything is more expensive than what they advertise on the menu. When I told them about their false advertisement they did nothing about it. We will not be returning.

I want to give this restaurant more credit but I've ordered take out twice, and BOTH times something was missing. First time, it was just my salad dressing. This time, it was my 3 year olds entire meal. I ordered a kids quesadilla and not only was it not kid friendly- it had red peppers in it and no beans or rice! Really disappointed esp considering we got take out for a reason, no food at our house for her! And for the price point I feel like they should care a bit more when putting orders together.... Im pretty sure it's the only Mexican food in orinda. I hope they get it together!
