We tried this bakery for the first time last week. The owner was really nice and friendly. We have a daughter and son in law that are vegan. We purchased vegan rice crispie treats and brownies. My son in law said the brownies were the best he has ever had and everyone loved the vegan rice crispie treats. I also purchased a few non vegan Oatmeal raisin cookies which I just loved. We also purchased raspberry jammies MAJOR YUMMY.... they had other fruit but we love raspberry. We had everything to go so I did not eat anything there. The bakery was very clean and well managed. I now have a great go to place for vegan and non vegan pastries and cookies.

Had a wonderful experience on Sunday at this outstanding local bakery! My daughter and I needed a last-minute cake to celebrate her cousin's birthday. We pulled in ten minutes before closing time and saw a gorgeous cake with rainbow sprinkles just waiting for us in the case. Her cousin was thrilled and every single family member complimented the cake, frosting, and delicious sprinkles. THANK YOU for making a last-minute celebration so memorable!!!

Holy smokes! There is this rectangular cube of chocolate mousse cake that I have had on two occasions now. The texture, flavor, I try and make my bites small so I can savor more bites.... it is so good. And... its... vegan! This is my new favorite. Delicious baked goods. Especially love the chocolate chip cookies with walnuts! Hard to find them with nuts. Also love the spicy pickles they sell. Can't wait to try the Lappert's ice cream!

Quite disappointed as we had high expectations from all the raving reviews. The funfetti cake we got was very stale and barely edible. The cake should not have been for sale if it was in such a state.

Horrible organization and customer service. Owner, Lindsay or Lindsey, was misleading over the phone about what would be provided for an assorted box of cookies/desserts. No problem-- we were happy to follow up/confirm and return for additional items Christmas Eve. Instead of being present on site, the owner was phoned in. There was massive confusion about a half of a bar vs a quarter. Doesn't really matter, maybe we misunderstood. Regardless, the tone from Lindsey/Lindsay Gaslighting about the misunderstanding, "we gave your daughters what they wanted" was not appreciated. It's not hard to make things right when there is confusion present. It's also not hard to speak to people in a kind tone, and not to cut them off in a defensive tone. It's even less hard to keep a paper trail of your orders (From small business to small business, Square is able to do this-- I recommend looking into it). In the future we will continue going to Danville Bakery. Higher quality, the sweetest employees. 3 stars for the sweet redhead. Happy holidays! EDIT: I do appreciate the response. We did not want the order replaced and delivered due to the negative attitude given during the verbal exchange. Once we got the lemon bars and came home (the second time), we realized we got 2, but were charged for 4. I am happy that at the very least we were refunded this order (though this has not yet been reflected on my account).

My wife noticed it as we drove by to Starbucks and we made a point of planning to visit the next time we needed a cake, just to check it out. I can say right now, I wish we visited sooner! There are so many pastry options here and even gelato. The store is one of the most adorable and inviting places I've ever been in, and the staff has been nothing but amazing every time we've visited! We also tried getting an item from them on TooGoodToGo, and we got a tray of cake that was around two-three slices in size for super cheap! Will return often and soon! Can honestly recommend them for anything cake related or just for a good dessert/breakfast treat.

This was such a sweet and cool spot the service from one of their amazing local high school students was impeccable, I was deciding on what to order and a young lady by the name of Kathryn helped me pick out this delicious chocolate chip cookie for me.
